We had great customer service initially, with competitive prices when purchasing LVP for self-install. However we were told a delivery date that came and went. When we reached out to find out the cause of delay we found out our flooring had been sitting in their warehouse for 2 weeks prior to our delivery date, so for 3 weeks. They then told us we’d have to wait another 24 hours before pick up. Very frustrating when you have firm deadlines and they don’t communicate with you as promised when purchasing. Who knows how long we would have had to wait without initiating communication ourselves? Update: Bowcutts has since reached out that there was a miscommunication in our product arrival date and that it had only just arrived when we contacted them.

I’ve had Bowcutt’s tile two of my showers and bathrooms. Such an amazing experience! Their showroom is awesome and they are super fast to get everything installed. The finish work is honestly the best I’ve seen. I wouldn’t waste your time looking anywhere else. Go see them and ask for Dustin.

The installers were fast, did a great job, and even vacuumed when done! We liked it so much, that is why we asked you again to come out and bid our basement. You did a great job there too! I wanted to put wood in my master but the wood in the rest of the main floor was discontinued. I found a similar one on line. I called Dustin and he called the manufacturer. Got a sample, measured the floor and called the manufacturer to order. The installer worked hard and fast and did a good job. I didn’t love that he calked between the bedroom and bathroom floor but it’s ok. I would recommend Bowcutts!!

We were very happy with our Bowcutt’s experience! Great carpet selection, excellent value for carpet and install, and the actual install quality left us very satisfied. The carpet and padding were premium, and the delight on stepping on it never gets old. The attention to detail and high quality of the installers’ work was impressive. The only hiccup was a small carpet supplier delay, but that’s not their fault. We will absolutely use Bowcutt’s again.
