I am blown away by these guys! Fantastic experience. Their crews are extremely hard workers. I had some outdoor tile replaced after the original had aged and cracked. They have really made my auto dealership “POP”! Top notch in all areas. Such a good experience thinking of having them do my home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

*Edited for response I would give zero stars if it would let me. Highest price in town with worst customer service. They do not stand behind the products they sell and they will tell you the flooring is waterproof and you can spill liquids and leave it for days but when you submit a warranty claim they say that high humidity in home is the reason “VINYL” floors are failing and even after providing a 3rd party inspection that concluded F&F’s did not install the factory recommended moisture barrier before install(installation issue) and they did not leave manufacturer requirement of 1/4″ gap for expansion(Installation issue), they won’t warranty their product. They also don’t know how to properly invoice for work they have actually done and if you have ANY other option, I suggest taking it because you don’t want to replace $10,000 worth of flooring 3 months after they installed it. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. In response, the humidity levels were tested and the home was within normal ranges for our State, which we provided you with that report. Even if it was, you claim the product is waterproof from the top and not the bottom, right? So does humidity come from inside the house or the slab? If you say slab, you didn’t install a moisture barrier. If you say top, it is suppose to be waterproof. Either way, you don’t stand behind what you sell. Why didn’t you leave the REQUIRED expansion gap of 1/4″ as indicated on the inspection report that was completed by a neutral 3rd party certified flooring inspector? That report states it is was a poor installation in several ways, not just one. I would be happy to share this report with anyone that questions the so called false narrative they claim I came up with so that I look better on their bad review. Lastly, your initial offer was to provide the material only 9 months ago for me to absorb $10,000 in labor and demo costs which I have proof of. You made a different offer to my customer and they didn’t have to pay anything. So don’t try fool the public in thinking you made me the same offer. If you took care of all of it, why would I reject it? It took you 9 months to change you offer. Stop digging a deeper hole for yourself because it only makes you look worse than you already do.

A really great place that has a ton of styles of tile, carpet, and flooring. Very helpful staff and even rug options of the displays available. Really neat place.

Had a wonderful experience with this company. We used them for all of the flooring for a house we had built in Mineola. Could not be happier with how it all turned out. Angie went out of her way to help us throughout the entire process. Highly recommend to anyone looking for flooring.
