Let me start by saying that I bought an entire house of flooring from this company. I’m a week into the installation and the only good thing that I can say is that it is quality work so far. I regret my decision because they do NOT do what they say they will do. My best guess is that they are very inexperienced at doing such a large job with people that actually live in the home. The first couple days we were left with no kitchen and no living room at the same time so we couldn’t cook, eat or even sit. We called the manager and he still hasn’t called back. But I couldn’t expect much else since they only worked a few hours on those days. Day 3 and 4, they worked 8 hours and had several people show up to work. As they directed me which room they would be working, I’ve been boxing up our belongings and moving them from room to room. End of day 4, I was told they would demo my daughter’s room the next day. I spent hours boxing up her room only to discover it was for nothing and she’d be without her things for the entire weekend. They didn’t touch her room. The entire experience has been much more inconvenient than I expected. And I expected inconvenience. All I wanted was for them to do what they say they will do. This place may be good for small jobs but if you’re doing your whole house and you live in it, go elsewhere. Update: the final product left a lot to be desired. The trim is uneven, the stairs are crooked and they couldn’t even clean up after themselves. When asked about my door stops they had no idea where they were or what happened to them so now i have to buy more and install myself. They left cigarette butts in my yard and couldn’t even clean up after themselves in the last day. And i got nothing but accused of having buyers remorse. That was not at all true. I just wanted them done, done right and clean. They couldn’t do that.

We were very pleased with New Braunfels location of Floor Coverings International. Everything from our initial interaction in the showroom, in-home appointment with our chosen samples to make the final decision, to the wonderful installation crew and quick job completion. We would definitely recommend them to family & friends

Floor Coverings International did an excellent job of re-carpeting our entire office and installing tile floors in our break rooms. Travis and his team are extremely attentive and care about exceeding the customers expectations. These type of large projects can be extremely stressful but thanks to Travis and his team, we were able to do so with minimal disruption to our employees and our business. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing carpet or tile work. Kudos!

I had an awesome experience from them coming out on Sunday to them coming out on Monday and installing my carpet. It looks like a brand new room and I thank Paul who was the one that took care of everything and I want to thank the two gentleman that came out and installed our carpet. I am loving it and so is my baby and my husband thank you so much !

This is an awesome company! I definitely recommend them to everyone anytime I hear of anyone even mentioning they are thinking about changing their flooring. Everyone was so polite and patient and they were all very professional. I just couldn’t be happier with the end results. I am so happy with my new flooring!!!

Paul is awesome! I knew I wanted tile with a high gloss finish, but he came with so much knowledge that he completely changed my opinion for the better. 5 stars to him and 5 start for Travis who sent someone out in a days notice as I had a tight timeframe to get this done. Thanks guys!! I will recommend to EVERYBODY!!
