Had a manufacturer defect with the flooring and Nue Floors (Vallerie) came over and immediately went into action to get it taken care of. She worked with the manufacturer and we just finished with new flooring and it is Awesome!!!! The crew did a great job laying the floor and moving from room to room taking care of furniture and items while managing with us living there. Would never use another company when it comes to flooring. Able to get sample after sample and Vallerie came over to help us pick just the right choice! Thank you Nue Floors! Was referred by friends who had used Nue Floors and from the minute we stepped into the store we had exceptional customer service. Was able to bring home samples and also had Valerie come to our home to help us make the final selection to match various rooms in our house. Matt did the install and we were very please with the professionalism and timeliness to get the job done and do it well. Would definitely recommend and will use them again when it comes to flooring needs. Thank you Nue Floors

It was one of the most professional jobs I’ve ever had done at my home a full package deal from selling me the material to the installation. The workers for the installation or smart quick very clean and had so much experience the job started on time and it on time and looked amazing. Matt CC really knows what he’s doing and how to take care of a customer.

Our luxury vinyl floors looks amazing! From start to finish they made the experience enjoyable. From measuring to end result there wasn’t one hitch! We are not local and it’s not easy to have a remodel without being in town. They picked out product to match our current wood floors and installed without a hiccup. Would recommend over and over…can’t say enough about them! Just wish they could come to Houston to work on our floors here!

We were looking at different options for floors, and were referred to Vallerie at NUE Floors. These days it is hard to find honest, hardworking and genuine contractors who will back up what they say they will do. Vallerie has helped some of my neighbors with their floors. We had ceramic tile installed throughout our entire house this month, and we’re so happy that we went with Nue Floors. Valarie was extremely helpful when we first walked into the showroom all the way until the installation was complete. She found us a great price and saved us a sizable chunk of change compared to the local flooring company we originally got a quote from. Matt, Shae, and Chico were fantastic to work with – very professional, respectful, and helpful. They stayed until they knew the job was close to perfection. Matt always made an effort to explain what they were doing and why everyday, and he was sure to answer all of our questions. We also had fun and interesting chats just about every morning, which was a great way to start the day! Nue Floors didn’t nickel-and-dime us on anything, and even went so far to install a small amount of baseboard that needed to be replaced and tighten up a door knob. If you’re looking to get some new flooring and support a local small business operated by a team of hardworking and genuine folks, I highly recommend checking out Nue Floors. We’re so happy with how our tile turned out. Best decision of the year, by far!

Vallerie Newman at Nuefloors was a great choice for the installation of my new flooring. She was helpful in the selection process by allowing me to take samples to my home. She offered her market experience to aid in my decision. Once my selection was ordered, she was diligent to keep track of the delivery status and keep me informed of the progress. Her crew worked quickly, yet still took the time to clean up after they were done. I would recommend Vallerie at Nuefloors for your project.

To our mind, NUE FLOORS is a very sharing team of able floor craftspeople. We felt like family as we talked with Valerie helping us pick out a top-of-the line tile for our floors, visiting our home twice to make sure our needs were met. We would rate our floorers Matt and Shae a 12 on a scale of 1-10. We watched them work, collaborating with ease, as, step by step, our new floor emerged beautiful as ever. And they respected our privacy, our furniture and listened patiently to our questions. Most impressively, unsolicited, they even fixed our wobbly toilet and broken closet door!
