Update – Jason and his team came out and met with the builder reps. The floor has been treated twice with improvement. I hope they will be continue to be responsive to recurrent issues. I think that this is a product that they all might reconsider selling/offering. Shaddock Homes used Goodwyn to install flooring in our home that we closed on in October 2022. We were told buy our builder that the floors were not installed per manufacturer specifications which resulted in air pockets throughout the house. Some are so bad that you can trip over the popped up planks. Goodwyn Floor Companies has been out to the house several times after installation and have not resolved the issue. Even after almost a year, we still have pockets and are missing molding around our kitchen island. They even recently came out and sprayed a substance that has left a shiny look where sprayed. This company is not being accountable for the improper installation. I do not recommend anyone use this company as you might not get their work warrantied. Jason Goodwyn has seen the floors himself prior to our closing.

Absolutely beautiful store! So organized and easy to find the flooring you need. The staff and sales associates are so helpful and knowledgeable. They listen to what your budget is and help you get the most of it.

Really good place to deliver for trucks amazing people friendly got me in and out in 20 min you gotta do a u turn stay in your far right then blind side plenty of space.

Great customer service!!! Stacey B is amazing to work with from the design service to ordering and then install. The staff also works well in coordinating service. Stacey and Gerald were great and accommodating for a repair, too!!!

Took a day off, spent all day picking out carpets and flooring for whole house. Week goes by I send an email asking for my estimate. The sales rep lost my stuff, what floors I picked out and rooms. Says he doesn’t know where he put it. Am not getting that day back or the floors I wanted either.

We worked with Marcus Young and he was fantastic. He helped us select exactly what we needed and measured everything for carpet installation in our new home. Unfortunately the sale fell through and we had to back out completely. He diligently worked to get our carpet sent back to the vendor and was able to find low freight costs. We were able to recoup almost all of the order costs. He was wonderful and I highly recommend this place. They have flooring for every taste and budget.
