We hired Floors Touch for a master bathroom remodel. The end results looked nice, and they honored everything promised but there are a couple of things you should consider so frustrations are minimized. I’ve always heard that when hiring a contractor, you should get a contract that details all the different aspects of the job, so there is no misunderstanding about what’s included. Shame on us, we did not do that! Floors Touch just gave us a lumpsum cost for the project, so as a result, frustrations occurred throughout the project. They did honor our expectations, but it was not without frustration on our side. Communication throughout the project was not a strong suit from the project manager and on-sight installers. I would have expected a vendor to reach out if they were not going to arrive on the day and time communicated. Instead, we had to follow-up with them to see if coming on start of project and throughout the project. Additionally, communication with their on-site installers was a challenge due to language barriers. When we engaged Floors Touch, Abraham consistently communicated that certain design decisions would be discussed with the installer, however those language barriers created frustrations throughout the project. They also installed our guest bathroom tile using a different installer. Although there was a language difference, we did not experience a language barrier this time. It was a significantly smaller project, but it went much smoother than our master bath remodel.

Jorge and Guillermo came out and did an amazing job installing the LVP. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Floors touch handled are carpet install a few years back and we looked no where else when it was time to remodel the first floor

Initial Experience: Overall good experience and i am satisfied Post Installation Experience: Another update after 6 months of installation… whenever i reported an issue or queries, you get the response quickly and get it addressed soon… very good post installation support and service too…

Floors Touch will always be our first and last stop for updating our middle aged home. They were recommended by a friend and I am eager to pass the word on. Mr. Abraham put samples together that coordinated so well with existing colors- not always easy to choose with foot square samples. My dad was a cabinetmaker and remodeler so I knew that Victor and Mario were experienced and meticulous in the floor and tile installation. The tub to shower conversion is so classy and makes the bathroom look bigger with the frameless glass doors. The whole team was easy to work with and communicated in a timely fashion. Mr. Abraham was adamant that perfection would be the standard, and it was carried out at a very fair price. If this review sounds a little too good to be true, please know that I have more than the usual amount of experience in construction, rarely even write reviews and will be a repeat customer.

Beautiful engineered hardwood floors. Installers were professional reinstalling, caulked, and painted baseboards and cabinet trim. Cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend
