We contacted Dusten about a timeline for getting new floors for the whole house, since we needed them as soon as possible. He said it would be about 2 weeks. Other places wouldn’t even give a timeline without ordering the materials first. He came out to the house, did measurements, my husband chose the flooring (LVP) and he had it on order all in the same day. We emailed him on a Sunday and this was a Tuesday. The materials arrived, were dropped off and flooring installation was completed just 13 days after our initial conversation with him. Amazing turnaround and the floors look fantastic. As an added bonus, we saved close to $5,000 from other estimates we had done from big box stores. Dusten is easy to talk to, very professional, and great with communication to top it off! 100 percent recommend this company!

Dusten and Virginia are the *dream team*!!! We had our bathroom floors redone from wood to tile and some damaged wood planks replaced and their team did an incredible job! From start to finish, they were super communicative, considerate of expenses on our end, and made sure we were happy at every step. They even added on to the project when we found additional damage in another area of the house, and were very reasonably priced while keeping quality top tier! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team for any flooring project!

Question: Why cannot all businesses be like this Texas Pride Custom Floors? As I have always said, what makes a business stand out is not that they never make a mistake, because no one is perfect, but it’s how they respond when they do make a mistake. An error were made in the installation of the flooring/steps and the problem was corrected quite satisfactorily, however an additional issue was discovered and verified – 2 years later! And how did Texas Pride Custom Floors respond? With an apology and an offer to make restitution! You cannot get better that that.

Teaming up with Dusten from Texas Pride for my client’s flooring needs during their international move was a breeze. Dusten was always on the ball, and the installation crew did a fantastic job on the floors. You can really see they take pride in their work. We had our downstairs floors and bathroom floors replaced with LVP. Dusten was great to work with. We had 3 quotes from other companies and Texas Pride provided the best value at a great price. Texas Pride was the only company who provided a detailed estimate that made sense. All others would not provide a breakdown of their estimate. The team that installed the floors were professional, fast, and meticulous. I still cannot believe they removed builder grade sheet vinyl and replaced 1000 SF in one day! I love my floors! Great experience working with Texas Pride! Highly recommend.
