I was looking for 12×12 tiles in two different colors to make a diamond pattern. Seems most tiles these days are 12 x 24 and most manufacturers have discontinued 12 x 12. I had called or gone to probably 25 places. No one seemed interested to what to take the time to help. I called The Floor Store and Michael took the time to hear what I was looking for and said he was sure he could find something. When I entered the store, the staff was friendly. Michael remembered the call, looked ant my inspiration picture, listened to what I was looking for and immediately started looking through the store. He didn’t have anything matching my request but took my number and said he would do some research. Within an hour he texted a picture of exactly what I was looking for. He called the manufacture to make sure it was in stock and we placed the order. Excellent customer service! He went above and beyond!

Highly recommend the floor store! We have personally used them for flooring four times now and perfect service every time. And we absolutely love our new carpet!

Dale showed an understanding of the floor tile problems that we were experiencing even before he arrived at our home. He took the time to understand our concerns and addressed them accurately. The person that he sent out to replace the tile handled the job in a way that saved us time and money. We appreciate their terrific work!

Words cannot express how great this place is and how grateful we are for them! The owner is wonderful. We had concrete floors and got laminate here. They got everything done fast and it looks amazing! Communication is great. Selection is huge. We will be recommending them to anyone who needs floors put in their home.

I recently chose The Floor Store of Keller to remove my carpet and install more pet-appropriate flooring. The owner, Dale, was absolutely amazing to work with. I told him I have a German Shepherd & Rottweiler mix and knew the best product for my house. He also understood I had a budget in mind and worked his absolute best to try and stay within that budget while finding the best product for my budget. He went to different trade shows and sent me pictures of products while at the shows. His in-store staff were also fantastic to work with. Exceptional customer service and the crew who installed the floors were also professional.
