Abed and his crew did a wonderful job of making our house look more like a home. Thier patience and understanding was amazing as we changed our minds many times even after the project started. I was very impressed with how clean the crews would leave the site everyday before finishing. They understood we still lived there, and accommodated our schedule.

Highly recommend Grand Floors. We had a great experience, start to finish, with wooden flooring installation. Simon was very helpful, easy to work with, honest, did not give unsolicited advice – overall very professional. Went to Grand Floors and more on a whim. Best customer service I received from all the stores I had tried and there were about 7. Showed me the options and under lights in their store and let me take large worthwhile samples to my home to compare against my home furnishings and styles. Best price I found out of all the places I visited and done in one day, furniture moved and replaced. Had been trying to do this for months and couldn’t find the right color or price. Very happy with the end product and the service provided.

I finished my upstairs floor and it came out terrific!! I can’t be more pleased with the owner and his crew. This is truly a well top notch professional from beginning to end Well priced with excellent craftsmanship. There’s even a project manager throughout the work. Highly recommended.

Grand Floors & More care the most about quality, service and most importantly after sales service. My project was done perfectly but after few months there were minor repairs needed.
