I literally had to call another location to get my issue resolved. The salesman I had really dropped the ball…if you choose to go with this company try the Spring location and ask for Nathan. I chose a private contractor for a better price/experience; however, the next project I have I will probably reach out to the Spring location. I advise you to read their Yelp reviews because I didn’t until after the fact. Make sure to read everything thoroughly & record promises that are not on paper. Clint was my salesman & I do not recommend him. Again, I can’t speak on the company’s work, but morally speaking I don’t recommend that particular person. I’m sure there are some good guys here & I refuse to judge the entire company off of one person’s lack of ethics…so my advice would be to give Nathan a shot if you’re looking for someone to have your best interest at heart.

They showed us multiple options and we ended up with the Luxury Vinyl flooring as a replacement to our laminate wood. The sound is much quieter and the floornis much more durable. Their installers did a great job and didn’t damage any of our furniture.

Tran Cheam help me with putting carpet for 3 bedrooms and my master bed room. He made sure the carpet that I pick out was perfect for my pets. He followed up with me to make sure everything was installed correctly. I will be telling my neighbors and coworkers.

MY SALES MAN TRAN CHEAM TOOK CARE OF ME AND MADE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH MY NEW FLOORING. I GOT WOOD TILE IN MY WHOLE HOUSE DONE. HE ALSO GAVE ME THE BEST FLOOR CLEANER FOR FREE FOR THE FIRST TEN YEARS. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY HOW HE TOOK CARE OF ME AND HOW THE TILE LOOKS IN MY NEW HOME. I WILL BE COMING TO FLOORS FOR LIVING FOR MY NEXT HOUSE AND ALSO WILL BE TELLING MY FRIENDS TO GO TO THEM ALSO.
