I have used Floor Accents for 2 flooring jobs, and separately ordering some tile for a repair. All 3 times I used them were great. The reason I initially chose them was due to the previous owners of my home used them to put in wood look tile in the main parts of the house, which still looks fantastic. In July 2021 we re modeled our kitchen and needed extra matching tile due to moving things, QT was able to get that ordered for me and I picked it up, I’m sure he didn’t make much $ on that, but I was so thankful to have found the tile and get it ordered. In Jan 2023 I wanted to extend that same tile into an office. I was so happy to find they could still get the tile. The tilers did great work, they did have to repair some cracks, and level, but the tile matched perfectly, and they accommodates my request for no shoe moulding, and instead removing the baseboards, laying the tile, and then lowering them (you do have to plan to paint if you do this route). More recently, April 2024, they came and extended the same tile into the primary bedroom, again accommodating my baseboard request, as well as a request to have it laid in a certain direction, and create a “transition” tile that matches the way they did it in the rest of the house. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for your flooring needs. I know they also do full remodels, though I only have experience with their tiling.

Q.T. is great to work with, very knowledgeable and took a hands on approach to our red oak flooring project. His contractors are great. He did such a great job on our floors the we had him replace the granite/sink on our island, another project that he completed flawlessly!! We can’t thank him enough for his commitment to every small detail to our projects.

Working with QT is always a pleasure! He is patient, knowledgeable, and insightful. He replaced all the flooring for the downstairs of my home, which included real hardwood and tile for my kitchen. I also needed work done on my fireplace, which encompassed switching out a gas insert for an electric insert. No other company was willing to work with me. QT didn’t hesitate, jumped in and it turned out gorgeous. All work took only 3 weeks from start to finish and he was always there or just a phone call away. QT is very personable and a joy to work with. Trust me, I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors, and it is always a big relief to have a competent person to work with!

Floor Accents just replaced carpet in a couple of bedrooms with hardwood to match our existing wood floors. Q.T. and his team did an excellent job. It was perfectly planned out and they exceeded all our expectations. Very professional, knowledgeable and meticulous from start to finish. I can’t say enough about my recent carpet installation experience. From the very beginning, working with QT at Floor Accents was a breeze. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different carpet options, patient with our questions, and helped us find the perfect fit for our needs and budget. It’s just beautiful!! Love our new carpet. QT really cares about his client. Patient and takes time to show and talk about options. No pressure. His guys did a fantastic job with install and we definitely made the right choice after looking at several flooring stores.
