This company is terrible. Twice we have had issues with our flooring in our house and they have fought us both times to fix it. They installed wood flooring that was obviously not of good quality. It took almost a year to get them to fix it. Now our tile in our bathroom is coming up off the floor and they will not help at all. The quality of work that they do as well as the customer service is some of the worst I’ve experienced. Would NEVER use again and would NEVER RECOMMEND In response to the owners follow up- that is absolutely untrue that y’all are willing to help towards resolving the issue. You informed my builder that it is outside of warranty and there are too many outside factors that could have caused the tile to come up off the ground. I’m not sure what outside factors you could be referring to when no one was even willing to come and look until I posted this review. You can see from the images, as well as the video sent to you guys, that the tile peels off of the floor by minimal force, obvious that whatever was used to glue the tile down, was not properly done. Tile that was installed barely four years ago should not have this issue and seeing that it does, it is an obvious installation flaw. Your company has zero intentions of fixing or looking further into the situation so please don’t gaslight myself, as well as future customers, when it comes to your customer service and value of my business.

We had 5 tiles in our bathrooms which had cracked and needed to be replaced. The first tiles they ordered were too long. So instead of trying to make them fit they did the right thing and placed a reorder for the correct size. As soon as the new tiles arrived, Candelo came out and did a great job replacing the tiles. Aimee coordinated ordering the tiles and scheduling the work. Candelo was professional and friendly. We will definitely call Oakline again should we have any flooring issues.

We extended our existing hardwood floors and so glad we used Oakline. The transition from the old (which they refinished) to the new is flawless. Great experience from start to finish and I highly recommend Oakline. From Sammy the owner to Mike in sales and Andrew who manages the crews they have been pros all the way.

We are remodeling our home and Oakline was the company we chose to do the flooring. We had the best experience. Yoshio helped to walk us through the process by first helping us choose the right products to fit our taste and budget, explaining the demo/install process and communicating with us the entire time. The scheduling and communication were great. They showed up on time and the crew was extremely professional. They took great care to tape off and protect our home. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up before they left. Everyone at this company provides excellent customer service. I love my new floors and highly recommend Oakline Floors!

30k for “Our Highest Quality Hardwood Floor” and the most expensive mono coat finish available this is what you get. Gaps between every plank, some big enough to get a quarter in and After weeks of trying to get someone out to look at the floors they are trying to blame it on the humidity levels and that there is supposed to be an expansion gap every 3 or four planks. If they would have told me you had to wear shoes to walk on their floors i would have installed tile. The lack of workmanship and customer service is the worst of any sub i have dealt with. The joker they sent out to look at it said that “it should go back to normal after a good rain” The pic below is what 90% of my floor looks like.

Do NOT hire this company. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with them over the past 5 years and they have grown into a company that does not care about the customers and does not know what they are doing. Years of back and forth with them BEGGING that they finish the work they were paid to do – and floor transitions are still missing. Recently, I spent a year begging them to repair flooring that they installed wrong. (I looked up the manufacturer recommendation and I now know more about proper vinyl plank installation then they do.) At first they wanted us to pay full price for the removal and install of the new floor, then they gave us a small discount. I asked if they would be using the manufacturer recommended membrane and I was told they wouldn’t be doing our work. They basically fired themselves because of their ineptitude. Save yourself the money pit and headache, go elsewhere for your flooring.
