Interceramic will not beat anyone’s price or at least that’s what the young lady salesperson said. She definitely doesn’t have any people skills. Interceramic needs to screen your workers for personality. I was also told that she couldn’t print out everything that I have in my house. She said I would have to call my builder and have them release the info. Floor and Decor will get my business from now on because of one not so good salesperson.

Service used to be alot better. You have to beg for help so that one of the multiple employees helps you. The tile is great but good luck getting service from them.

After a very bad customer service experience at Floor and Decor, I decided to try Interceramic Tile as recommended by my contractor. The first person I approached was unfriendly so I immediately walked away from her and sought the assistance from Val. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and professional. I took my time to select the tile for the bathroom floor, and found the most stunning marble floor tile for the master bathroom shower. I now anxiously wait for the arrival, which I was told would be 7-10 business days from Houston.

I went to this tile store to buy floor tile …..as I entered the store there was a young lady at a desk right in front of the door…I noticed her from before I went a week earlier…on this day I approached her she looked very bothered and right away covered up her top…I felt very ashamed as she made me very uncomfortable as well as my partner…I asked her to help with my order and she just seemed not to care ..I tried to make her feel more comfortable asking questions abt her day she got up and said she was going to lunch had another young women assist us…very disrespectful

Terrible service from the warehouse, it takes an hour and a half to deliver 4 boxes of tile and there are no people waiting for delivery and you talk to the manager and he leaves, so if you don’t like it we will refund your money in a special order and after the wait 😳🙄 and the order is not complete Wowww seriously??? …
