Back in December had the floor re-done wall to wall… This CREW came out and that feeling you get is (great these guys) we had to stay at a bnb for 5 days. Not safe for my furbabies or us. I never had to worry. Victor and his crew were the best and thank you thank you 😊. Best Crew at Hamms Flooring. Now yesterday the Guys came back had a room to do and just a little touch up. This is a whole lot of floor I got to sweep up… I have to say I think I’m going to need a leaf blower… LOL thank you guys thank you so much. Mr. Hamm you definitely got the best crew working for you thank you again for the great job… thank you to Victor Hennessy( the cuban) and Jamie…

Beware! They do not stand behind their work. Hired them in October to do a small patch job after a water leak. Just 3 months later the flooring is coming up in its entirety. We have called numerous times and they give us the runaround asking us for the receipt or proof of purchase because they do not “remember”. I am pretty sure a business should have records… you know, a work order??!?! Convenient. Don says he will look into it and call back but never does. What a joke! So now we are left with a damaged floor, out the money we paid for their guy to so-called fix it (even though when he showed up he admitted he had never worked with a glue down wood floor 😳). Will never do business with this company again nor recommend them.

We just completed a project with James at Hamm’s flooring to completely redo the wood flooring in our home and we are extremely pleased with the results, floors turned out beautiful. James is very knowledgeable about the different flooring options and was very patient and helpful for that process. James also did a great job communicating with us after we placed the order all the way up to getting the floors installed. We will definitely be returning to Hamms flooring for our next project.

I had some serious title issue in my bathroom. At first the gentlemen Don who came to look it over was very helpful. I emphasized the importance of getting this done quickly do to my time restraints. We agreed on a plan of action and he left. I didn’t hear from him after that?? We were waiting on a test kit. I never got an update that he ordered one? When it would be here? Even an approximation? I never received an estimate on the cost of the tile replacement? If he had the tile I needed? If something needed to be ordered? If I need to select a new tile?? I had to call him. I sent to two text message to get an update no reply? The last time we spoke he said the kit would be in Friday afternoon he didn’t know what time? I informed him I’d be home from work at 2pm, just let me know when you get it in so we can start the testing process asap. 3:30 in the afternoon comes goes by.The business closes at 4pm on Friday. No word from Don. I’ll called to talk to the owner. A nice lady answers the phone. Told her my issue. She informed me the kit came in at 3pm. Next thing I know Don get on the phone and says we don’t need your business. He very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this store for the extremely poor customer service I received.

I contracted with Hamm’s Flooring to re-stretch the carpet in my upstairs rooms after the carpet that was initially installed by Home Depot and had serious wrinkles after only a few years. The Hamm’s Flooring crew did an EXCELLENT job and it now looks better than when it was new. They moved furniture and used a power stretcher.
