We have used Palace Floors for our third house now. David is easy to work with and is very knowledgeable. He suggested a particular carpet and pad and we picked the color. He was flexible on the installation date and we are very pleased with the carpet and pad he recommended. Thank you David!

David and his crew just finished work at our house and we couldn’t be happier. We had been thinking about a consistent flooring look for the first floor of our home and were having challenges in getting what we thought was a fair price for the scope of the work. David and Palace floors was the fourth contractor we talked to and he really worked hard to understand what we wanted, found the flooring we were looking for, and hit our target price. David’s flooring crew is top notch. They were very careful in moving furniture and during the removal of the existing tile, hardwood, and carpet. They were on time every day and kept us up to date on the project and what was coming up next. We had chosen a mixed width LVP product that would be used throughout our main floor. It went in without a hitch and I was amazed at their skill in laying down such a complex floor as there pattern had to match coming around from another part of the downstairs. The crew was very polite and kept the work area clean and neat never leaving a mess overnight. They hauled away all of the debris from the old floor and the new product. I don’t think I found anything that they missed in cleaning up at the end of the job. David was very involved throughout the job. He was meticulous in measuring the area we wanted remodeled. Anything he wasn’t sure of he made sure to get answered before any work began. He would visit the site daily and was easily reached if there were questions for him. He is a very personable man and really worked on understanding what we wanted out of the project so he could meet our expectations. One note, Google shows that he has a store front however he no longer uses that location. He is easily available by phone so the lack of a store front is really a non-issue. I’ve attached a couple of pictures, one during removal (tile area in the bathroom) and one as the new flooring was going in. I think they show the care and workmanship the Palace Floors team demonstrated from start to finish.

David and his team where AWESOME!! We had a really great experience and his prices where the best I found. His instillation team was great. On time and very friendly. They went the extra mile on all aspects of the project. Highly recommend!

So I did my research, met with multiple contractors and companies, and decided to go with Palace flooring. I like the transparency and honest approach David is delivering. Not only he knows what he is talking about, he is very authentic and looks out for your best interest. We replaced floors upstairs and planning replacing downstairs in March. The installation guys were professionals and did quality job, couldn’t be happier with the experience and end result.

I can’t say enough great things about David Kash and Palace Floors! We had them tackle three major jobs at our home in McKinney: master bath shower, glass, tile and tub installation; floor tile replacement for two bathrooms, our kitchen, breakfast area and laundry room; and manufactured hardwood for all our downstairs living areas. MASTER BATH: David’s teams were terrific in coordinating with our other contractor to complete our master bath renovation. His workers (licensed plumber, tile installation expert, and shower glass company) did superb work at exceptionally reasonable pricing. We are thrilled with the result. TILE FLOORS: While the selection in the Palace showroom was good, David ended up sending us to the showroom of one of his wholesale suppliers in the DFW area to get an even broader choice selection to get the tile that was perfect for our preferences. The installation was flawless. MANUFACTURED WOOD: The acacia wood product that we bought is absolutely stunning. However, here we had a few problems… though nothing that David did not handle effectively. The installation team inadvertently tracked their glue residue (mixed with debris dust) all over the beautiful Acacia wood floors in four of the rooms that they had just installed. (A lesson a new [now former] member of the team learned the hard way.) Nothing seemed to take off these deep stains in the beautiful floor. David personally came to our home three times, joining his sub-contractor in getting down on his hands and knees to clean the floor. He even had the flooring manufacturer’s rep come out to provide a consultation and help out. After a month and several tries, the team finally found the right combination of cleaners and elbow grease to get the job done. The floor is now perfect, as we’d hoped. We are thrilled. David Kash is a man of his word — honest, concerned for his customers, and one who does what it takes. I highly recommend this company for all your flooring and bathroom work. (I’ve just contracted them again to replace the carpet in my upstairs study!)

We were actually ready to go with Nebraska Furniture to do the flooring in our new home, and decided to stop by Palace Floors. Not only were they able to provide some savings in total out the door price with the same exact flooring (wood looking tiles downstairs, engineered wood upstairs) and materials, but they were very detailed in every aspect of their installation (verified with our own eyes). It wasn’t a rush job where they were just trying to install the flooring as quickly as possible. They spent some time to make sure everything was installed correctly (on about 4000 sq ft of flooring). I waited a few months post install before writing this review to make sure everything was still good. We have no issues with our floors so far and are quite happy with Palace Floors!

Second time using Palace Floors. They were very professional and cleaned up very nicely. We trust David’s guys in my home. My wife and I could not be more satisfied. I would recommend Palace Floors to anyone who is considering doing floors and remodeling.
