Do not expect services after the sale and installation. My floor is buckling 14 months after installation and calls for service left unanswered. The first time it buckled we were told it was due to humidity in the home so we eradicated that. We aren’t asking for anything but repair by flooring professional we know. Understanding we are out of warranty but just need help. It is a shame, we enjoyed working with Johnny and David but perhaps had unrealistic expectations.

We love our new floors! Amazing customer service. Very honest, knowledgeable, and hard working employees. David helped us pick out the perfect dark laminate plank flooring for our space. Johnny did a phenomenal job coordinating with us during the installation. The crew worked diligently and clearly communicated with us to understand our expectations.

We had Allen Floors install new carpet/Revolution Mills brand. We worked primarily with David. The experience from choosing the type of carpet best for our needs to installation was OUTSTANDING!! We shopped at Home Depot and got a quote and Allen Floors was significantly lower. I cannot say enough positive words about this company, the owners-David and Johnny, and the installers. They exceeded my expectations!! We are lifelong customers now and would not even get a quote from any other companies!

Highly recommend Allen Floors! I had my entire house redone with the help of Johnny, David and the team. It was a very fast process and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Johnny walked me through the entire process and he went above & beyond to make sure the results were perfect. I will 100% use Allen Floors again, anytime I am looking for an upgrade of carpet, tile, laminate, wood, etc.

Putting new floors in our home was a big investment, so we took some time to shop around and check out several different vendors. We knew what we wanted, but didn’t feel super confident about any particular contractor – that is, until we walked into Allen Floors and met Johnny. Not only was he unbelievably kind and patient with my kids, but Johnny immediately pointed me to what we were looking for and offered me an excellent price on LVP with install. Though stock was too low to complete our job, I signed on the dotted line and made the order. That’s when David jumped in and made possible what we didn’t think could happen. Due to his persistence with the manufacturer, we received our floors weeks before our quoted timeline and Johnny and David made sure our install got done before Christmas! My kids, who had rollerblades and a scooter under the tree, had a BLAST putting their presents to use indoors and the floors held up beautifully. I can’t say enough about how grateful we are to have worked with Johnny and David. Don’t hesitate to stop in and see what they can do for you!

It has been a privilege to do business with Allen Floors! Johnny and David are so pleasant to work with and they “know what they are doing.” David helped me make a selection for my den and hall floors and I could not be more pleased. Johnny worked with me for the flooring in two bedrooms. He was so accommodating to help get the work done before Christmas. The installers are professional, careful and are perfectionists. Both men are excellent to work with and make the purchase easy and dependable! I would highly recommend Allen Floors for a variety of floor types. You can’t go wrong!!
