I recently had one of my client’s floors replaced by Signature Floors & Interiors, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I worked with Chris, who was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, and he made sure I was getting the best possible product for my money. He went out of reach to order the very unique wooden floor that was needed and seal the deal with the manufacturer to get us the required floor. Chris also managed the project flawlessly. He kept me updated on the timeline and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The installation crew was also top-notch. They were highly skilled and efficient, and they got the job done quickly and accurately. I was really impressed with their work ethic and attention to detail. I highly recommend Signature Floors & Interiors to anyone looking for a new flooring contractor. Chris and his team are the best in the business!

From the first visit to the store until everything was completed, the project ran smoothly and was completed faster than projected. The product, as well as the selection, was excellent, the staff courteous and helpful, the installers going above and beyond to make our lives better. First class. I could not be happier.

The sales process went very well – we were presented with tons of options within our price range and the scheduling for installation was smooth as well. From there it went down hill – the installation itself did not go well. Our expensive furniture was treated poorly and the men assigned to the job were less than professional in our home. When we reported all of our issues back to the main office we received an empty apology with no offer to compensate us or fix the issues caused by the installers – very disappointing.

They were in charge of installing new carpets into our new office, and these guys turned what was initially a week delay into over a month. We were offered no alternative solutions, just told the same thing over and over again. Their delay caused everything else to be delayed which ended up losing us a lot of money. Can’t recommend working with them at all.

I highly recommend Signature Floors!! Mike and his crews are top notch – and we have used them THREE times. They installed our original wood floors when we built our house, and twice since then for repairs when our appliances leaked. The pricing is fair and transparent, and their work is the best quality. The crews were professional and I trusted them to be in our home when we weren’t even in town. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful job they do!

These guys did a great job with our carpet. Their prices were average. We buy large quantities of carpet and flooring for various properties and decided to give them a chance to support a local business. The installers were professional and friendly. We had authorized payment for the job before we started, they had our credit card on file and somehow forgot to charge us the remaining $1k balance. Instead of recognizing their error and kindly resolving the issue/miscommunication, Cindy sends an email threatening to place a lien on our home. A lesson in customer service and serving customers with kindness and giving benefit of the doubt, especially during the pandemic when we want to support local small businesses, would certainly help. Highly disappointed by how we were treated. Carpet looks good, but please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
