Absolutely fantastic from start to finish!!! I purchased a home in Knoxville but had not moved yet from NC. My daughter had used Frazier’s for a big carpet installation and suggested I visit the store. Adam was the salesman I worked with. He came to my new house, took all the measurements, I ordered the carpet and went back to NC. Frazier’s crew removed the old carpeting and installed the new. When I came back to TN and saw their work and the quality of the carpeting, I was overjoyed. It is beautiful and seamless. The bedrooms, stairs and bonus room look fantastic. I highly recommend Frazier’s and ask for Adam!!!

We recently replaced the carpet throughout our home and after shopping and comparing multiple flooring retailers, I would highly recommend Frazier’s. Emma was far and away the best representative we dealt with, very patient and insightful with explaining all the overwhelming options. She’s very detail oriented and her follow up has been exceptional. The installation team (Kevin & Justin) were fantastic as well. They are professional, hard working, polite, and personable. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results and the entire experience with Frazier’s.
