I had Dalton Carpet install LVP flooring throughout my house. What they replaced was carpet that had been in the house almost 40 years. Although I had taken really good care of the carpet it was time for a change and mercy, what a change the LVP flooring made. My first contact at Dalton Carpet when I walked through the door as a first time customer was a lady named Megan. She was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction of what I was looking for. The sales person I worked with was named Scott. Scott was very knowledgeable of the product and he is the one who came out and measured my house out for the new flooring and worked up the cost estimate. The crew chief whose group installed my flooring was named Don. Him and his group did a fabulous job, a wonderful job, an I can’t brag on them enough job ! Lol Suffice to say, I’m extremely happy with the work they did and recommend Dalton Carpet to anyone who has a flooring need. As long as they are in business, they will be my go to company for flooring needs.

EXTREMELY SATISFIED, after looking online and reading several reviews we chose to go with Dalton Direct Carpets & Flooring. We went in and talked to the salesman Barry and told him what we were looking for, he made several suggestions on carpet and flooring which were great options at a great price. He was very friendly and understood what we were wanting, he came out and measured the next day and ordered our carpet and LVP. The crew that came out and did the job were top of the line, they were very considerate, friendly and communitive, They were lead Brandon, then Dustin and Christian. They work HARD, they had to take up old tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom which was labor intensive as well as take up old carpet in two bedrooms and closets. They carpeted two large bedrooms, large sitting room and floored the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Brandon is an artist when it comes to cutting and trimming out the LVP. I don’t take reviews lightly because that’s how I pick someone when looking for something that needs to be done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dalton Direct Carpets & Flooring.

Our experience with Dalton Carpets was terrific. We had a very specific need and Larry helped us find the perfect area rug. He estimated the arrival of the finished rug back to the store, called to schedule the delivery date just as he promised. Our delivery team, Matthew and Richard, went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly placed where we wanted it. Since my husband had just had a hip replacement, they moved the furniture off the old rug, relocating to the new rug, rolled the old carpet and placed it in our jeep. We did tip them for the extra help but well worth it. They were so precise in measuring the placement of the furniture to exactly where it had been. We would highly recommend Dalton Direct to anyone.

I manage an apartment complex and had scheduled for service 2 weeks in advance. After a lot of the service department not returning my phone calls, I finally got an appointment. They never showed up for the appointment after I had coordinated with my tenant on the date and time. Not bothering to show up or call is extremely unprofessional and I will never try this company again or recommend to anyone I know.

It has been awhile since I purchased carpet here, the carpet is still holding up going on 30 years. Great people work here. You don’t stay in business for over 45 years without doing things right! They also support their Bloomingdale community.

We recently purchased some carpet for our church from Dalton Direct in Kingsport. We are so very pleased with our purchase. Our installer said the carpet was very good and the pad was the best he had installed in a long time. Their products are very high quality and their customer service is number 1. They go above and beyond to make sure their service is second to none! I cannot say enough good things about our purchase from this business. This was our first purchase but won’t be our last. I highly recommend them to everyone.
