Simplicity Flooring was great to deal with and my floors look fabulous! They communicated each day when they would be at the house and what would be completed that day. The workers were very polite and cleaned up every day when they finished. We are in love with our new floors and would highly recommend Dan and his crew!

Review edited: I initially gave 1 star. Dan reached out and fixed the issues we had. We both agreed to some communication issues. In the end, Dan stood by his product and service and that takes character.

These guys stay busy and for good reason! Dan, Nathan, Nick, Joe, Carrie, Antonio, and the whole team were so professional start to finish. Each day, the guys showed up on time and would clean up afterward. They were incredibly respectful of our space throughout the project and we are so pleased with the final product. Nathan told us Antonio was an artist with the tile. He was right! Highly recommend them for your project.

I am so happy with the job these people did on my shower. The tile is beautiful! The workers were very considerate of my home, being careful to not soil any surrounding a areas by covering their shoes, or taking off their shoes. They completely cleaned up each day after they were finished working. They were great about letting me know the process of removing the bathtub I had and making the needed changes to create my new walk in shower. The workers showed up on time and finished when they said they would. I will definitely have them do any flooring or remodeling I may need in the future, and I HIGHLY recommend them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Flooring Simplicty installed the tile in our custom home and it’s the one regret I have with our build. Two rooms were grouted in the wrong color with one being the bathroom shower walls and bath surround. I was convinced to stain the grout instead of redoing and shortly after moving in the stain started to chip off leaving the wrong color grout visible. We had to have them re-tile two different areas in the process because it was installed crooked. Within 2 years the grout in the shower started cracking and falling apart. This past spring we even got drain fly larva coming through the cracks in the shower indicating lots of moisture behind the tile. I’m so glad we fired them before they touched my kitchen tile. Dan refused to meet with me and would only meet with our contractor regarding the mistakes. And he only asked forgiveness. Unfortunately, I’ve come across several other people with similar stories and I wish someone had warmed me before hiring him.

We used this company for our new construction. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable, but there were some communication and workflow issues. For starters, for reasons unknown, we visited the store two or three times to chose our floor and tile. It seemed our selections and records kept getting lost or not adequately documented. Not a big issue, but a nuisance especially while building a home. Secondly, we really struggled getting our bathroom tiling and shower complete. The tiling subcontractor seemed to work for an hour or two then depart to another job and be idle for weeks on our build. In addition, we had to convey our requirements multiple times e.g. the tile positioning, where we wanted a shelf, how high the tiling should go etc. This is a conversation that should’ve happened once followed by completion of the work, but instead it was a runaround every couple of weeks before the work was completed. At the end of the day, the flooring and tile look great, but the road to get there was bumpy hence three stars.

Dan has been great about recovering me from a nightmare caused by another construction company. Dan, Joe, Gabrielle have been there each step of the way. I had a schedule and the schedule was adhered to. Each specialist from flooring, plumbing, electrician, walls, tiling, knew their craft and their expertise was beyond expectations. Bathroom belongs on the cover of HGTV. Thank you all for a very positive experience.

Flooring Simplicity placed our flooring in our office and several places are coming up and breaking. It looks terrible. I called and the floor manager came to the office and left his name and number for me to call. I have called his number and the office number every day since and no one has contacted me. Horrible Customer Service.

Flooring Simplicity installed all of our floors, back splashes, and shower tiles! Not only was the experience seamless & finished in a timely manner, but the products are incredible. The staff of FS were knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. They are the best in the area, and we will for sure be supporting them in the future!
