I was looking for LVT for our new barbershop and they didn’t haVE what I was looking for in glue down. Bob helped me find the perfect one and ordered it for me. It came way faster than they anticipated and looks absolutely beautiful in our new space. Went back a few weeks later to get some vinyl trim and Greg helped me and did an excellent job as well. Highly recommend and will use again! Thanks for the amazing customer service!

Updated – Dennis and the Owner were out today to take pictures for a claim that was filed last month. There initially were multiple communication misteps in addition to the supplier of the flooring being sold to another company. This is apparently the first claim filed with the suppliers product, so we are now waiting for them to respond. Freeds did an excellent job on the installation and I have confidence they will continue to help drive the resolution with the supplier.

Went in looking for some reasonably priced carpet, and we were promptly greeted with a smile 😃 was told Bob would be right with us and he was. Bob was very helpful with are “little” mission, he got the rolls of carpet rolled up the perfect size to fit into our vehicle and got us on our way. Thank you Bob and freed floors for all your help !

Ben was always there and greeted us with a smile every time. He was patient, shared his advice and knowledge. If we ever seemed stuck he would help us in the right direction. He would let us take home samples so we could find the perfect floors for us and our home.Thank you for all of your patience and kindness.

Great job Larry and Tim installing carpet. From the salesperson to the person who came and measured our home. It was great service. Very pleased with the new carpet and linoleum in our refurbished basement.

Updated…I’m happy to say that given everything that has happened with our transaction, management is making things right with us. It’s been a little bit of a mess but it’s nice to know that we are valued customers and are being treated appropriately. We are thankful for the rush work that is being done to get us to the finish line on this part. We have had the absolute worst customer service! I generally do not leave bad reviews but just couldn’t not say anything. 1) the sales person “wrote the wrong day down” to come and measure for flooring 2) we asked for an itemize statement to be emailed to us 4 times over 2 week period …NEVER got it had to call and have it verbally given to us. We were told one price for the pad but then what was on the quote was another price…3) price of the carpet then jumped $2/sg foot while we were waiting for that itemized statement to be sent…4) we were told carpet was in stock and would be here in 2 weeks and then 10 days after for install. That was over 3 months ago. We specifically pick this because we would have it installed in time to rent the house out for the rally. We are now out $6000. 5) MULTIPLE times was told that we would be getting a call back on status and NEVER did. Any one of these incidents I can over look 100% and even the push back on carpet as I understand it’s out of their control, but all of this combined is just over the top! I was spoken to very rudely on the phone when I would call yo check on the status.
