We needed new carpet for our home and Michael’s flooring and carpet was amazing! Shawn showed us several different carpet options and spent a lot of time listening to what we were looking for and how it would be used. He found us the perfect carpet and worked around our availability to have it installed. He was excellent with communication throughout the process in making sure everything was on track. The install by Alex’s crew, hands down the best experience we’ve ever had with carpet installation. Arrived exactly on time, were very professional, cleaned everything up wonderfully, and the carpet looks amazing! If you’re looking for carpet or flooring I couldn’t recommend Michael’s highly enough!

⭐️Water damage/New Carpet⭐️What a Fantastic experience from start to finish. Shopped around and then found Michael’s. They have an incredible selection of inventory with options from the budget minded to Luxurious. Our salesman, Chris, was professional and polite in answering all our questions and providing many samples so we could see what color carpet worked best in our lighting at home. The installation process was quite efficient. Rolando and his team are an asset to Michael’s. Very courteous and WOW!!! FAST! FAST! FAST!!!. The Carpet looks AMAZING and we are VERY, VERY, HAPPY🙂. We recently replaced the carpet in 3 bedrooms with hardwood to match the rest of the house. Kevin Hawley, Project Manager was great to work with! The entire process was completed in 3 weeks from my 1st call when Kevin answered the phone to completion. The installation team was equally impressive. We will definitely be calling Michael’s for all of our future flooring needs and asking for Kevin.
