We had done business with Floors Unlimited about 25 years ago (they have been around for 50 years). The service was good and so was the quality of the vinyl. We needed carpeting removed and vinyl put down. We went to Floors Unlimited again. An in-stock roll was chosen, and the process began. The guys installing the vinyl were at the house two days later. Because the carpeting had been “super-glued”, there was extra work and time involved; they finished the three rooms on day two. Floors Unlimited is family-owned. The folks are good to work with and the prices are reasonable.

Hello Brittany & everyone, Great install. Manuel is a natural leader and communicator. He worked the threshold areas so well that I did not need to buy or build thresholds. I gave each of the installers them a $25 gift card to Golden Corral. They were great. They cleaned up! You were ALL great to work with. Thank you. You have my permission to re-use this appreciation.

Best flooring company I have had the pleasure of dealing with, from the time I walk in every one was very helpful,. John my installer was the best, his patience was 2nd too nobody, had an lot of problems too come up , not there problem but my problem, not only did John work with me too correct problem , but he show extreme patience with me. Got the floor installed . Looks Great. Thanks John, Tim and everyone at Floor Unlimited. For all seniors citizens needing work done at there home, you can’t go wrong with floor unlimited 11/20/2023

We’d been shopping for LVP for some time when we found Floors Unlimited, a family-ownded business for more than 50 years. From the moment we entered the store, we were treated with great care. The entire team is so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. In fact, this is where we learned from the owner that we’d need to put a chair mat under a rolling chair to protect the seams of the LVP. We worked closely with Brittany, who is amazing, and she explained that Floors Unlimited had the same exact product we saw at another store, she encouraged us to take home several samples to ensure the color in my room was good, and explained they could install as soon as the order was received. We ordered the Exotica 702 (floor is a lot lighter than pictured) from Rigid Core by Floors 2000. Our new LVP was installed within a few hours by Floors Unlimited’s experienced installers who were on time, neat, clean, friendly, and very careful with our freshly painted walls. They even allowed me to vacuum the raw floor underneath all the carpet, and when removing the carpet asked if we’d like a piece for the garage by our car (great idea). The installers did a fantastic job with ensuring the layout of the floor didn’t have clumps of the same color pattern. The pricing was competitive, but more importantly, the customer service exceeded our expectations. Customer service always wins our business. We’re so thrilled we found Floors Unlimited and we love our new floor. We’ve been back to the store to purchase custom cut area rug pads and we will continue to return to Floors Unlimited for future flooring needs.

My husband and I just moved to the area and came in hoping to have the carpet in our home replaced. Brittany showed us what she had in stock, helped us pick out our carpet and went above and beyond to have the installation set up for us. The installers were also professional and did an amazing job. We are so happy with our new carpet!

I recently had LVP flooring installed in my home and Floors Unlimited did a fantastic job. Brittany was so helpful and nice with any concerns or questions I had and the lead installer Jason made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I did have two minor issues right after installation and when I brought them to their attention they didn’t hesitate to tell me they would come right away and make sure things were done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to update their flooring.

I had Home Depot come out and quote a price for LVP. It seemed excessive so a friend recommended that I call Floors Unlimited. I was extremely impressed and went with them. They did an amazing job at a cost that was a lot less than HD. I have already recommended these guys to several friends who are looking to replace their flooring.
