Recently had Mannington Audura Max flooring installed. I first had it installed in my basement. Bob Colburn, the salesperson who helped me through the process, was very professional and had good recommendations. The crew they sent did an excellent job. I liked the flooring so I decided to have my master bedroom and walk in closet done with the same material. Again Bob was very helpful and the crew was excellent again. Also, the woman at the front desk is very helpful and pleasant each time I visit the store. Bill

Worst experience I have ever had. They installed vinyl flooring one year ago and I am continuing to have problems. Worst installers I have ever worked with. They scratched up the new flooring came back several times to correct and still have areas that were never corrected. The floors are not level and feel as if there are air pockets that continue to get worse and more widespread. If the salesman had warned me about this LVP I would not have purchased it. One of the owners came out only to say that someone would comeback to correct the problem in only one area but I have not yet heard from the store manager to set up a return date. I am totally disgusted considering the amount of money I paid to have flooring installed. I would not recommend!!

We have dealt with Essis & Sons for many years. This past week they installed flooring in our kitchen, dining room, hallway, bedroom, computer room, and the bathroom. This is a top notch outfit, excellent salesman and excellent installers. we could not have asked for more. If you want quality products, excellent customer service, and fantastic installers this is the place to go and it’s the reason we don’t even shop around.

Expensive but you get what you pay for. They do an unbelievable job. Way better & more professional than Home Depot. Had them do my carpet & flooring in my home and I’ve received so many compliments on how gorgeous it looks. Would definitely use again!

Worst experience EVER. This company is rude and doen’t have any knowledge of the products they sell. They quoted me a price of $2000 to redo my carpet, it ended up costs me over $4,000 once it was all said and done. Also at the end of the job the salesman came to my house and wanted me to pay him a commission???? I was shocked. Horrible company!!!
