I am a contractor that ordered almost $1,500 worth of flooring on their website. I received it to realize it is not the flooring we needed. We wanted to return it understanding that there would be a restocking fee & shipping charges but they only accept returns within 14 days of purchase. We didn’t even recieve it until 12 days after ordering. Life got busy but even after trying to return after less than 30 days they would not accept it. Now I’m out $1,732 after shipping with nothing they can do.

I received exceptional customer service working with Greg from Arko. He reached out to me about a tile I had been browsing on their site to notify me that he could help me procure it from MSI at the lowest price I had found online. He was upfront about the fact that it would take over a month for the tile to come from overseas, and he spontaneously checked in with MSI during the interim. He was patient with my multiple requests for updates, and the information he relayed to me was 100% accurate. My tile arrived this week in perfect condition. I would absolutely trust Arko to assist me with an online order like this again.

Great customer service. My flooring shipped directly from the manufacturer and half came in damaged with one MIA box. Contacted the sales folks via email with a quick pic, and 14 minutes later they had the replacements on order. Will definitely use them again.

If I could give a zero I would. Was not helpful for the room we needed done. Kept suggesting flooring for other larger areas of the house. Won’t ever go back…

Ordered 2 boxes of flooring and it came damaged. Asked for the 2 boxes to be replaced and haven’t heard anything back from Arko. Would recommend going somewhere else to get flooring materials

Wow, I guess I didn’t think that customer service like this existed any more! Starting of with Zach (who went on what I’m sure is a well deserved vacation) and then getting an amazing amount of help from his manager Dan Messner, who went ABOVE and beyond to cheerfully help me with lots of details, cancelling and reinstating my order, calling the warehouse to double check on availability—all for a single little condo which is probably nothing compared to the $$$ volume of orders they handle everyday. Great prices, great customer service. Go with Arko: Don’t bother with anyone else 🙂

After my previous post, I was contacted by Arko Flooring Operations Sales Manager Dan Messner. He had every intention on making things right after the experience I had, and he absolutely delivered! In just a few days he and his team came out and rectified the problem. I couldn’t be more pleased with all the efforts Dan put forth and assuring I was ultimately satisfied. He did just that! Thank you Dan for making it right! I didn’t have the best experience with Arko flooring, starting with the sales rep Sharon. I purchased a significant amount of flooring with this company as I was undergoing a renovation in my new home and the customer service I experienced was poor. Despite all the flooring installed (not enough flooring was delivered , installers were late, sales rep didn’t bother to follow up) I also needed a reducer installed in my pantry and this is what they did which I’ve never seen before.(see picture) When I reached out to Sharon to explain that the reducer they installed didn’t match my flooring, I never heard back from her. I am very displeased with the lack of professionalism I received from this individual. She didn’t feel the urgency in contacting me despite all the money that had been spent. I will not recommend nor will I purchase there again.

ARKO Flooring made everything easy – from first walking into the showroom and seeing an amazing number of samples, getting guidance on appropriate carpeting and tile, to setting a date for installation. When the installers arrived, they worked efficiently and quickly. They were clean and left the house clean for the several days of the installation. Excellent service and excellent result. We are quite happy all around. Thanks ARKO.

Great online experience. Shopping for vinyl plank flooring and Arko had the lowest price shipped to my door in New Hampshire. When the product arrived, about 20-25% had chipped and broken corners, enough that I couldn’t complete my project even when hiding defects as best I could. Arko immediately corrected it, no questions asked, had a few more boxes with 2-3 days. Will happily come back to them for stair treads when I’m ready to finish the project.

I wish I could give 6 out of 5 starts. Arko’s retail sales mgr., Dan Messner, has been nothing short of amazing during my two-month analysis of different flooring providers before I finally purchased 1,325 sq. ft. of vinyl plank from Arko. I probably emailed him thirty times and he has patiently and thoughtfully responded to all my questions and concerns in an extremely timely manner (usually in less than an hour, including on weekends). I told him he works too hard. Has been the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. -David Whitmore, Ohio
