We used Bob Wagner’s Flooring America in West Chester for our kitchen, bathroom and flooring updates and renovations. The team, Gena, Emma, Gerry, came to our home and listened to our ideas. They started the work soon after we met. The entire project came together in 8 weeks. They helped make design decisions and product decisions. They communicated about every step along the way. We are very pleased with both kitchen and bath projects. They accepted my decision to make a change along the way. Gerry’s philosophy was, “No problems, only solutions.” The plumbers, painters and flooring folks worked hard and did great work. We are very pleased with the work and the people at Bob Wagner’s.

The owner at Bob Wagner’s was great to us and helped us get tile installed in our bathrooms with our builder, Rouse Chamberlin. He really went above and beyond and I am very impressed. We have LVP CoreTec Pro in the rest of the home. What I am confused about is one of the builder’s subcontractors damaged our floor with a tool creating a dent in the LVP. Rouse, the builder, is saying that Bob Wagner’s in refusing to come out to fix it (could just be seam filler), but Bob Wagner’s is saying they work at the direction of the builder. So each company is blaming the other. I can’t directly contract with Bob’s to fix it bc they have a contract with the builder (per Bob Wagner’s). Not a fun situation.

I wanted to put LVP in two rooms, about 1100 sq ft, of my new home. I stopped in to Bob Wagners and met with Barbara Pongia who was immediately friendly and super knowledgeable about the many options available. Her enthusiasm and professionalism made me very comfortable and soon we had agreed on the style, color and manufacturer that suited me best and blended with the other colors in the home. Price was excellent, too! Installation went perfectly and now my home is beautiful and I get many compliments from visiting family and friends. Barbara is THE BEST!!

We just had LVT installed in our kitchen, laundry and family room. We couldn’t be happier with the service, installation and follow-up. Barbara Pongia took care of us in the West Chester location and is extremely knowledgable about all of the different options. Follow up with delivery and installation by Bob Trofa and his team was excellent. Scheduling was easy, everyone showed up on-time and attention to detail was fantastic (I’m very picky). We’d highly recommend Wagner’s for any flooring needs.

We worked with Bob Wagner’s Floring America in West Chester when we built our home over 20 years ago and the quality of the carpet as well as the install allowed us to delay replacement for most of our rooms with carpeting until now. We did replace the carpeting in the family room twice due to excessive use and pets. For those replacements, we used Bob Wagner’s each time and were very pleased. This year, it was time to replace all of the carpet; 6 rooms in total. We worked with Mario who made the process VERY easy; helping us with selection of the type of carpeting as well as the color. He also helped us to schedule the install at a time that was very convenient for us. The people who installed the carpet were amazing as well. They completed the work in less than 2 days, left the space very tidy, even taking all of the old carpet with them so we had nothing to discard of. Part of their work was moving all of the furniture in these rooms and they did so effortlessly and then put everything back as it was. Mario and the team he secured to install the carpeting went above and beyond what would be expected. I would use them again in a heartbeat – – and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring in their home or business. You won’t be disatisfied.

We were very happy with our recent carpet installation by Bob Wagners Carpet, West Chester. The installers, (Hill Brothers), were respectful of our home and explained how their process of installing our carpeting would go. Installation was scheduled for 8 am, and they were there promptly.
