Mathew was very helpful with our tile, flooring and countertop selections. It was a great experience and I’m so happy with our choices. Richard came back to our house for some concerns we had after install. He was so friendly and helpful. He addressed all of our concerns and did a wonderful job! I would definitely recommend Trinity flooring.

We were very pleased with Trinity Flooring! Vinnie and Matthew helped us with different options for flooring, countertops and backsplash. The crew laid flooring for the entire house including stairs with intricate “bullnose” finish in 1.5 days and cleaned up afterwards. The crew for countertops used “state of the art” technology for accurate measurements including cutting holes for sinks. Trinity was very understanding in resolving a conflict with our change of color request for backsplash (after part of it was already installed). Their moto: “We want the customer to be happy with the end result”.

We are so happy that our friend referred us to Joe Amspoker. Joe was hands on, he referred us to the right type of flooring to make our house now a wow factor. Joe was very communicative through the entire project, the installation team was very hardworking and detailed oriented. We were very happy with our flooring project, thanks to Joe and team. Terrie and Linn of Troutdale, Oregon here! I wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had working with Trinity Flooring and tile! We had the most unfortunate disaster happen in our master bedroom and bathroom from water damage in May. Our entire new master bath had to be demolished after just having it remodeled two years ago, also half of our master bedroom hardwood flooring had to come up (and of course they don’t make that particular size of planks). From the very first time Chris came out to assist us to us going into their showroom to choose our new flooring for the entire house and new shower tiling, he made us feel so important! He and Matthew are so knowledgeable and very brilliant at their jobs! You can tell that they love what they do! All of the people we worked with at Trinity were so friendly, communicative, and skillful. Richard, particularly, was so helpful! – He left us stain pens in case our floors ever got scuffs and even helped fix a couple of things that weren’t floor related.

Trinity replaced my flooring because of an insurance claim. They didn’t have enough trim and needed to order more. I noticed that the trim was put in didn’t quite match the floor. I called them and explained this situation and they ordered new trim. Richard came out and installed the new trim that matched perfectly. He was very good at his job and very friendly.

This company was great to work with. Joe made it super easy to get a quote and schedule an installer. There were no attempts to upsell or talk us into something we did not want like some of the other companies we got quotes from tried to do. They didn’t try to gouge on the price either. The installer they sent, Jesus, was friendly, professional and fast. He, alone, installed our floors in one day! He did a really nice job with all of the panels being locked in tight and made sure to clean up after himself. Five star service all around!
