My wife and I recently moved from the east coast to take of my mom and since we are living with her we decided to do some cosmetic updating to the house. Since we spend so much time in Oregon City it made sense to stop by NW Flooring Outlet, and let me tell you it was the best decision yet. Angelique, Nancy and Charles are some of the nicest people you could meet, and extremely accomdating, and they listen to guide you through your project, Charles even called me while on vacation to discuss an installer concern, that people, is CUSTOMER SERVICE at its finest!! We ended up having them install Mohawk Carpet and padding, and also install laminate flooring that we had purchased elsewhere, the later to me was an amazing surprise, where I’ve been for the last 30 years, if you don’t buy the product from the store they won’t install it. Consider NW flooring for your next project, you won’t be disappointed.

We felt very comfortable the minute we walked through the door. We were able to browse without pressure, took samples home with plenty of time to make our decisions, and were very happy with the products and installation. It is so nice to know great customer service is still important, at least at this location! We will definitely return when we have more projects.

Angelique and Charles were great and easy to work with. Great quality products throughout the show room (more than just flooring!) Costs were clearly spelled out on the quote and timeline was quicker than expected. They were adaptable once I discovered an issue that needed to be fixed with the subfloor and they were quick to estimate the repairs and get it fixed to keep close to the original scheduled installation date. When we get around to the next reno project will definitely return to use their services.

Charles and Angelique are very friendly and so easy to work with. We picked out kitchen cabinets, countertops, tile backsplash, and carpeting from Northwest Flooring Outlet. Charles and his crew installed it all and we are very happy with the finished product. His subcontractors were all very friendly and on time. We also had our oak hardwood floors refinished and it turned out beautiful. I would highly recommend giving them a visit if you are considering any remodeling in your home.

Charles and Angel were great helping us pick out new carpet for our upstairs. They have a huge selection of wood and tile flooring compared to the generic stuff found at big box stores. They had better quality carpet and still came out less expensive than the orange apron guys. Their installers showed up right on time and were very professional. I couldn’t be happier with the result!
