Sara was very helpful today and did a great job helping me find a match for cove base I was replacing in a house. Also carpet one in Newport is the only place in town you can get cove base by the foot too now.

Great service and fast installation of my new sunroom flooring. Sales person Erin was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The installers were professional, fast and clean up was top notch. I will be using Carpet One to install new flooring in the rest of my home. Thank you Carpet One!

Great work by their team. Kris did a great job designing our kitchen and helping with cabinets. Erin was wonderful to work with on flooring and counter tops. I absolutely love my new kitchen done by Carpet One! Thank you ladies very much! Oh and their installers were great too. Finally completed our tile and flooring and once again it was a pleasure to work with Erin, very helpful with all my needs. Kevin installed the floors and did a thorough and professional job. Very satisfied with Carpet One!

I just had Newport Carpet One Flooring install plank flooring into my condo and I was extremely pleased with their work and efficiency. While I was not able to be there in person, they did an excellent job following my wishes and even exceeded them. And Sarah in the office conveyed all my messages and was a great help also.

We had to have our kitchen floor replaced as a result of some water damage. Erin was very helpful with helping me choose a new type of flooring. Bill and Kevin couldn’t have been better to work with – our floor looks great and Bill’s help with preparing the space for a new dishwasher saved me weeks of doing dishes by hand. We had to wait a very long time for the new flooring to arrive, but once it did installation was scheduled quickly. Can’t say enough about Kevin’s work – he was a pleasure to have around and really made the whole experience painless. Did I mention how perfectly both men paid attention to detail and – bonus – cleaned up perfectly?

My experience with Carpet One was amazing. Sara did an excellent job educating me on the various carpet & pad choices. She was very knowledgeable about the different carpet lines and aided in my final choices. Payment and installation scheduling were first rate and I am happy with the final product. She kept us informed every step of the way and we appreciate her attention to details. We are equally satisfied with Kevin, the carpet installer. He did a professional job and met our timeline so we could move into our new home. I highly recommend Carpet One.
