I received great guidance and service from my sales Rep Taylor! She had thoughtful suggestions and recommendations to help us come in on budget and meet our goals and timelines. She was supportive and made sure that we were satisfied and taken care of every step of the way. This is the second time she has helped me on a project and she has made sure to come up with a collaborative and satisfactory result both times. This is life and sometime things come up or don’t always go exactly to planned and it’s a relief knowing you have competent professionals to help keep you on track and make things right throughout the process. Perfection does not exist but reliability and professionalism will get you there anyway. That’s what you’ll get here.

Went to a big box store for my initial quote – and after being disappointed with the service and responsiveness, a coworker recommended Abbey Floors. Could not be happier with that decision. They beat the competition on price, service, and scheduling. The installation team was great and the following week I saw them at a neighbors house – so I know my money is staying in the community. New floors are perfect for doing my best Risky Business impressions.

So happy with our recent carpet purchase from Abbey Floors!!! Thank you for the awesome service Jake R for helping us select the perfect carpet for our house, and thank you to the great Installation crew who carpeted 3 bedrooms in a little over 3 1/2 hours!!!. We will certainly be using Abbey Floors again, when we are ready to carpet living room and master bedroom!

Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else. I don’t believe the reviews are legit. Not surprisingly their lumber side are just rude. Probably culture comes down from the top. Sent them details measurements and photos of project for the preliminary estimate. They said they need site visit to finalize. Took 2 weeks to visit. I requested contact info of person doing visit they refused even though they were coming on a weekend when office is closed. Asked the call me when they arrive. Never received call. I emailed to see what happened. Got cryptic email saying they visited the site already and can’t do the project with no explanation as to why. Nothing was different from photos and measurements I sent them. I requested explanation but they refused to respond . I just wasted 2 weeks waiting for them for nothing.

We had an excellent experience with Abbey Floors replacing our aged carpeting with vinyl plank. Jake Toliver made the process smooth and straightforward from start to finish. Gary and Garren came in to install and went the extra mile with their attention to detail. Juan did great with the carpet in the bedrooms. I highly recommend Abbey Floors!
