Replaced flooring in entire house. They did a great job installing and working around furniture. Left half inch gaps between floor and baseboards and refused to do anything about that. Ruined several parts of drywall around baseboards. Spent money and time fixing what they left behind. They did send out a repair person to fix a few things on the flooring. He did not take care of all issues, and they did not come back, in spite of us calling for warranty. I’m guessing this behavior is true with all flooring companies. The job was not turnkey by any measure.

They had the base mold we needed and the pre maid corners too. The man at front desk was really nice and happy. We need more people like that.

We just replaced 700 square feet of slate, tile, and parquet flooring. We were pleased with the service and installation; Steve’s team was done in less than a week. I expected to have to clean the floors when they were finished, but they scrubbed them all so that we could move our furniture when it was ready.
