Did not use them for any marble or granite work but one of their crews backed into my son’s car with their company vehicle. The workers were great and let my son know what happened and said the owner would get in touch with us. Well it has now been 6 weeks since the accident and after a couple of texts back and forth with the owner saying he would make it right he is now ghosting us and not answering calls or texts. We will now have to file through our own insurance and pay for the deductible. Not professional and not responsive.

Had the floor almost a year,it started chipping, and 2 places in the floor is buckling. We contacted the owner of AMG Floorhaus in December 2022 no answer, finally in March 2023 got them to respond to a text,text them again in April, and called the store left message for owner never received call back,text them againtodayandno response. Customer service after the sale does not exist.

Went in a week ago to look at “wood” floor tile. Had 4 styles that I was interested in and asked for $/ft2. Gentleman behind the counter did not know how to do that. Was told I could wait for the other gentleman to help me. Waited about 20 min and asked if I could leave my info so they could get back with me when convenient. Have not heard anything from them. Glad I took pictures of labels so I can try and source elsewhere.

FloorHaus in office staff helped my wife pick our countertops, they were kind and helpful. The installation team was punctual, professional and cleaned up after themselves.
