This company is first class if you need flooring. They just finished the second installation for us. We have had them install both vinyl flooring & w-to-w carpeting. Both jobs were very successful. This is a family owned and run business and they aim to please. There were many twists and turns and they accommodated all of our requests.

I couldn’t have been any happier with the customer service from Wyatt. I had found flooring I liked at a different store closer to my location, but I did not like the lack of customer service I experienced at another store, so I looked for other retailers of this particular brand and came in contact with Wyatt. He was super helpful, incredibly patient and provided good service even before knowing if I was going to purchase from him. He was kind and not pushy. He is also very responsive. Worth checking out even if they are not the closest to your location, as you will not be disappointed. Wyatt was also great to work with over phone/text.

Hello my name is David Lewis I live out in limecrest I would just like to give a very good thumbs up to this place they helped me in my time of need and I would recommend this store to anybody it is a family-owned business it’s a father and son and I will recommend this place to anybody that needs help with flowing carpeting what not they actually are located in Springfield Ohio 1 East main Street I would definitely recommend recommend this place to anybody I don’t want to say the owner went above and beyond the sun went above and beyond even help me out with a delivery problem but I don’t think I could have put it in my vehicle and he brought it to my house so if anybody is looking for a great floor place that deals with carpeting flooring like I said all that I would recommend this company I will definitely go back to this company
