We are selling our house and we needed some new carpet in the living room. I talked to Chelsie and she was able to get an estimator out the next day. Then, they were able to schedule installation the following Wednesday. The installer showed up when he said he would and did a great job installing the padding and carpet. We are Very pleased.

Scott and the team went above and beyond to get our flooring done. Considering we have the baby on the way(8 more weeks), we were worried about the damaged floors. Scott patiently explained the process and suggested the best of the options that we could go ahead with for new floors. The team who worked on the new floors were super tidy, clean, precise, friendly yet super professional. In just 15-16 odd hours, they were done with the new floor installation. While I had some frustration with the timeliness of the project on the front end, I appreciate my sales rep going the extra mile to procure additional tile after the initial supply wasn’t enough. It added time to the overall project, which put us in a bit of a time crunch since we are a restaurant and we had reservations booked. But Scott made it work. What isn’t in doubt is the quality of the work. The floor is beautiful, and the installation crew paid attention to detail. Will definitely use again.
