From the first time we walked into the showroom, my mom and I had a good experience in sharing our needs for a new kitchen floor with Amy Troyer. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the various products and flooring that could work in our kitchen. The installation team of Keith and Alex added to the ease of getting our new flooring put down in a timely manner. Their craftmanship and communication about the timeline worked well with our schedule. Overall, we were pleased with each step of the process and love our new kitchen floor. Thanks for making this process go smoothly.

We had an excellent experience with Budget carpet and flooring. They listened to me as I described what I was looking for and steered me in the right direction. They were efficient and professional from start to finish.The carpeting looks amazing. I believe we got a high quality carpet and padding at a reasonable price.

Budget Carpet & Flooring are absolutely amazing! My first interaction and experience with them was great, and after yet another exceptional experience I just cant say enough great things about them. Personally, I have dealt with Conrad in setting up all of my appointments and estimates. Conrad genuinely cares for his clients and its evident his main goal is your satisfaction. Conrad displays great communication skills, empathy, critical thinking, professionalism and most importantly, credibility in his word and ability to deliver actions that align with it. Additionally, the latest team I had the pleasure of meeting was Devin and Keith. These guys were phenomenal! Literally everything regarding their performance was top notch, 10/10. Devin and Keith called me prior to their arrival so that I was prepared, they inspected the job prior to getting to work and explained everything in precise detail as per what they would do and what I should expect as a valued customer. They were great men with great moral values and quality character who I would consider an exceptional asset to any team. These guys were great at communication, professional, caring and very positive energy to be around. I look forward to using everyone mentioned in this review again very soon and am already planning my next project for Budget Carpet & Flooring. I highly recommend Budget Carpet and Flooring! Amy called around and gave us a very reasonable quote to replace the carpet in our basement. The carpet fitters did a lovely job, they were fast and efficient. Definitely a job well done.

Sales staff in the show room were very helpful with their recommendations. We told them what we were interested in , and they pointed us towards current sales and carpet options that would fit our needs most. They were timely with coming to our home for measurements and providing a quote (with no pressure). Payment process was easy. Installation was smooth and fast, and looks very well done! I will use them again in the future!
