Absolutely the best. The comfortability factor is off the charts in here. No pressure, sound advice, great selections. I also want to mention they were 10k cheaper (yes, for real) than another commercialized flooring store. We were able to take samples home and match them up to our settings. We had the floors installed and they are fantastic. Absolutely a pristine job done by the installers and fast. I want to give a shout out to Rich who assisted us with the home visit for measurements and just being a person who makes you feel like ur thoughts matter on a big purchase. Can’t say enough about how well we were treated and cared about during this whole process. Highly, highly recommend AFC… always. Great job AFC and Rich for making us feel important in a world where it’s hard to come by.

We didn’t buy enough tile from the outlet. We thought there was little hope of getting more to match. But Todd, and Jason (at warehouse) went above & beyond to find more more!! TY so much! Highly recommend America’s Floor Source.

The final installed carpet looks great, however all other aspects of our experience with this company was very poor. We were getting our basement finished and were looking for a company to install carpet in our basement as well as replace existing carpet throughout our home. We met with a sales rep, picked a product, and did a rough estimate of pricing. A few days later we received the formal quote and it was significantly higher than the rough estimate we received in store. Upon examination of the quote, there were numerous errors (conveniently all in the stores favor) which was overcharging us by ~$1000. We contacted the sales rep and he stated these were honest mistakes and the quote was corrected. We decided to proceed with AFS so we pre-paid 100% (as required) and scheduled install dates. We were told it would be a 2-day installation so we blocked of a 2 day window about 3 weeks in advance. Day 1, installers were here for about 9 hours and completed 75% of the project. We were told they would be back in the morning to finish the project. By early afternoon on day 2, they still had not arrived. I reached out to the sales rep and the sales manager and was told by both that the crew was at another job and would not be able to get back to our project until the following day. Since we had the 2 day window ‘locked in’ for 3 weeks in advance, we had coordinated other appointments/deliveries (furniture, etc) for the day after the project was to be completed. Since AFS did not meet their agreed upon install date, we had to cancel our other appointments until our carpet was completed. The sales manager (Tom I believe) profusely apologized, acknowledged the contract breach and stated the crew had no business starting another job before ours was finished. He stated he would follow up with us the following week once the project was completed, however we never heard back from him.

I am thrilled with my new carpet from AFS! I had previously used AFS to replace the hardwood floors throughout my house and from the positive professional experience I had before, I used them again to replace the carpet. I have carpet in the majority of my house and had been putting it off due to the inconvenience. The installers were so efficient and helpful, they had it done in no time. From laying down the paper to protect my floors, removing and installing the new carpet to the clean up, there is no other flooring company I will use. It was easy picking out the carpet and after all the research, I couldn’t find a better deal for the level of quality I was looking for!
