I am a tile installer who owns my own small business and I was at Lowe’s and I ran into an elderly woman who said that you guys were charging her $2,500 for a 48 square foot area That breaks down to 51 a square Are you guys smoking crack or something I can get that job done and crowded in a day Less than a grand

Who would ever think a flooring store would be so gracious when you say: no thanks! That’s what happened when our carpet installation team from Buddy’s flooring showed up to carpet two bedrooms in my new home. As the installation team started their work, we discovered gorgeous wood flooring under the carpet they’re removing. I gulped. I wanted to keep those wooden floors but I had already purchased carpet from Buddy’s. I was so worried they’d never accept a change this late in the game. With no questions or hesitation, the team was a dream. They completely understood my decision to keep the newly found hardwood floors and gave me a full refund for the carpet they didn’t use. I was so impressed by their customer service. Julie was so easy to work with as we chose what carpet to install and scheduling the installation *before* our movers arrived to make everything easy for us! The quality is amazing and the carpet looks so amazing in our new primary suite!

We bought carpet from Buddy’s for a property that we we’re selling. Mia came out very quickly to measure and give us a quote. We were able to schedule the installation when we needed it. The installers showed up on time and did an excellent job of installing the carpet. They were friendly and hard workers. They took away all the old carpet and padding. They vacuumed the new carpet and asked us to inspect their work before having us sign their paperwork. We are very happy with the purchase.
