What a great experience. Brian, the owner’s son was extremely helpful and educational regarding the style and quality of carpet to both maximize our budget while still having amazingly plush carpet. Plus, Brian brings his beagle store mascot to visit his customers while visiting the showroom. The installers, particularly, Ray, were the utmost professional, efficient, and did a perfect installation on our new carpet. It’s like a brand new house. Highly recommend. Thanks Carpetime team, excellent across the board.

My wife did the shopping for this.. She is the one with the style and creativity. She worked with Brian Primack. He was very respectable, explained everything to her and she was easily able to explain the whole process to me. They have good quality options at pretty decent prices. The installer Ray did a tremendous job as well, his attention to detail with the seams and all was great. I highly recommend this company. They will be my go to for the rest of my carpet needs!

Excellent experience, went there after checking out larger stores and found better value and choices. Didn’t ask to charge for estimate. They were not pushy or call me and email me daily. The insulation was smooth and quick. Thanks for your help Brian. We will be back in the spring for additional purchase.

Walked in…Met Meg. Answered all my question. Measured the same day. Carpet installed my Scott, and I think it was Mike? They were awesome. From Meg to the end, great service.

Carpet time is the only place I will go for floor coverings. My family has been doing business with Joel at carpet time for several years and we have never been anything other than extremely pleased. Huge selection, awesome store great, follow up great prices… If you haven’t been in to check out carpet time, you are not doing business with the right people. I have bought wood and carpet from Carpetime 3 different times. Not only did we get a wonderful price, but they were very professional. I would highly recommend them to anybody that is planning to purchase flooring.

Was initially told the cost would be 1400. Went into store on a weekend to return the samples – spoke with sales person asked to see how much adding on a bedroom would be. Was told total cost 1076.00. Sweet! It must be on sale? He wasnt sure but it was “in stock” that may be the difference. Yes lets add that room on. It was added onto credit card signed papers and left. I got called the following Monday. There was a mistake you got the wrong price. Mind you my card has already been charged and papers signed. Asked what the new price was – was told price adjustments back to the 1400.00. Ok fine. They come to install 2 weeks later the padding is HORRIBLE. – ZERO cushion. The rooms i didnt have done and is 10 yrs old the padding is better in there? Called in to discuss that terrible padding plus a “balance” left. Now the balance left is 782????? How did it go up another almost 400.00. “ im not sure i dont have your original quote papers in the file??? Store person said “there was a mistake” on your quote. Oh and you have to the top padding. SERIOUSLY😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 I should have read reviews ahead of time😡😡😡 Never again will i use them.

We wanted to buy local. It didn’t turn out as we had hoped. Waited 4 months for luxury vinyl plank flooring. Defective flooring installed. Removed half after pointing out the seams looked different. Left us to live a week with nails sticking out holding remaining defective floor in place, that needed to come out anyway. When I asked why Carpetime didn’t call to inform us the luxury vinyl plank floor was defective? I was informed by salesperson that they receive defective floor every week! Very poor customer service. No prices posted making it difficult to make a selection. After the hassle with the first defective floor installed, they lay like planks end to end.

We recently needed a repair and carpet installation, and the workmanship from the Carpetime service crew was just terrific. Truly happy with the completion to perfection!
