I was very satisfied with every step of the floor selection process and the installation. The sales crew was so helpful and truly wanted me to be satisfied with my floor choice. They demonstrated so much patience as I tried different samples, offering suggestions and helpful advice. The installation team was fantastic. They were polite and considerate, and their expertise was obvious. The installation was quick yet done with care and professionalism. I would recommend Carpet Garage to anyone looking to install new flooring.

Walked in. Never greeted us until we were all the way to the back. Another guy would rather vacuum than help us. Finally Joe tried to help us. Tried. He didn’t know what grey was kept showing us brown. Had to the find the flooring ourselves. Didn’t know the warranty. Kept reading the signs. I can do that. He told me to take a picture of the flooring to look up the warranty myself. Went up to the computer for like 10 mins. Said would give us a quote. Didn’t call until around two when I told him I had flooring on hold at a competitor. Lastly, you should treat customers like they are an asset to your company. We spent thousands of dollars elsewhere. We have 2500 sq of flooring installing tomorrow. You lost the business.

Carpet Garage is the place to go for your flooring needs. Marty, Tayler, and Joe are the primary people that I have worked with.I work with new construction so Carpet Garage provides our hard surfaces, carpet, kitchen backsplashes, occasional fireplace surrounds, and tub/shower surrounds.
