Terrible customer service. Bad communication. Paid cash for my cabinets and specific measurements of my countertops just for them to call back 2 weeks later to say that they can’t start on my countertops because of some extra wood they claim I need when I’ve already paid for what I ask for. This shoulda been known in the beginning. Bad business. I will be going to get my 7,000 back. Who ever this guy Ishmael is , he is very rude

We go to SBC mainly for our lumber, trim, and doors. But, they have all sorts of things. They’re always very helpful and knowledgeable. Deliveries are on time and smooth.

I needed some 1×6 pine board and most of their wood is twisted and bowed. I was going to get some but their price is higher than 84 lumber.

I am not sure what others buying from here, but whatever I need it was always higher than online, home depot, Lowes. If you need something quickly and you are nearby, I can understand ,but I can not imagine buying anything from here. They have flea market vibe but Neiman Marcus pricing on everything. Remember they do not have price on most of item, so you have to ask for it. For the latest example, circular saw blade: amazon 15 their price 22. 3″ paslode nail 69 their price 85 I am still going to verify price time to time when I go there on the way to Lowes to compare, but I have not bought anything for last a few years.

I like this store.. they have better prices then Lowe’s or home Depot also good quality on wood… Highly recommend to anyone..
