Great experience . The installers were professional,wellspoken, polite young men. Knocked out our whole upstairs floor in 6 hours.

We unwisely had Cooks replace our flooring while we were out of town. When we returned- there were 1/4” gaps between 1/3 of the flooring planks, garbage was overflowing the trash bin (it was empty when we left) and covering the kitchen counter and had attracted bugs. The owner did come by and admit that the work was unacceptable- he would get back to us to completely rip everything out and redo it. Yup, you guessed it- that never happened. If you tell a customer you will fix it and do not do it, you lack integrity.

Called to discuss the purchase of bullnose to complete a project because I did not want to make the drive to Asheville. I asked if I could bring in a piece of the tile to match. Right off the bat I was asked where the tile was purchased from. I told the person where (which was not this location) and was told that I should go back to where I purchased the tile from. So I got the impression that my business did not matter. So, I will be making the drive to Asheville to spend my dollars to complete this project.

We were SOO impressed with Cooks coordination, service, and installation of our carpet in our new home. We asked a lot in trying to get carpet put in just a few days after we closed on a house, and Chuck and his team went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were so impressed with everything from the first visit with Kyle helping us pick out carpet, to every person who helped install the carpet. I would highly recommend Cooks for your carpet and flooring needs. Wonderful people to work with! Pictures are before (maroon carpet) to after with a beautiful mohair color carpet. Amazing work!

Cook’s Carpet recently did vinly flooring and baseboards in my basement. I could not be more pleased. They showed up on time and did clean, flawless work in a timely manner. They are the best!!!

If I could rate Cook’s Carpet & Flooring any higher, I would! I recently had them install new flooring throughout my entire house, and the result was amazing. Beginning with Kyle, the Flooring Specialist who immediately took charge of the whole process, and Chuck Cook who came out to measure and gave his opinion on what would work best in my 80 year old house, this entire transaction was ideal. The installation crew -Jeff, Michael and Lucas – are awesome. They are a very efficient, professional and neat team of guys. You will definitely be glad you chose Cook’s!
