We were very pleased with the estimate given for new carpeting and installation. After accepting the contract,Justin gave us a two week window for the carpeting to arrive. The very next week, the carpet was in and a day and time was established. Justin arrived with his crew as expected. The crew was very professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Advanced Flooring Concepts out of New Bern, NC.

Justin was so great to work with! We coordinated with him from across the country. We had 9 days between seller’s move out and our move in and he made it happen! Bamboo in the whole house! He really knows what he’s doing with bamboo and took all of the proper steps with letting it acclimate and leave room for expansion.

Justin was great to work with. He was able to meet me in person to see which flooring options would work best for the kitchen. We decided on adding a subfloor and installing LVP on top. The cost was very reasonable. Installers paid close attention to detail – I would definitely call them first for any flooring needs.

Advanced Flooring Concepts is one of the best companies we have dealt with in a long time. We are new to the area and unfamiliar with companies in the area but we called Advanced Flooring for a quote and it has been a very positive experience all the way. We had them add oak hardwood flooring in 2 rooms and re finish all of the other hardwood floors. We also had carpeting put in our bonus room over the garage. Justin from AFC followed the process from start to finish . He was professional and worked with us to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Every request or question was answered promptly and cordially. Our floors look beautiful and we would HIGHLY recommend working with this company.
