The customer service rep I worked with at this showroom was so helpful and kind! I am dealing with water damage and was trying to find flooring that matches my current to fill in a patch of boards that were removed. The only place I could find them was Amazon. I called the showroom and they were able to find an possible match in their current collection with a new color way & style name. The rep sent me some samples (it was a high variation so a few boards were sent) that arrived only two days later and they are an exact match!! I am so impressed with the customer service here and will absolutely be recommending MSI and this showroom in particular.

Picking a kitchen backsplash tile can be daunting but we had a wonderful experience with MSI. First, their showroom is truly beautiful but more importantly their employees are top notch and their tile is far superior to what we saw at competitors. We appreciate all the help from Gene, Jannely and Chris! I’m sure I about drove them crazy with my multiple visits to the showroom but they never showed it and were extremely helpful time after time! We recently installed the tile and couldn’t be happier. It looks amazing! Highly, highly recommend MSI!

Highly recommend you visit this showroom if you are looking for LVP or porcelain tile flooring. Showroom is stunning and I’m extremely impressed with the products and their people. From the onset of my phone call checking on a particular floor color I could purchase as a sample to my visiting the showroom the customer service was like the good old days. I didn’t feel rushed and every single question I asked was answered and more. Joe and Dayton deserve 10 stars and Google allows for only 5!

If you are looking for countertops you must visit this showroom. It is beautiful! MSI has arranged large samples of quartz mounted to the wall by price grade so that you can see the samples and understand their relative cost (specific costs must come from your fabricator). The staff I worked with – Mayra and Jannely were great. They were professional, and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to provide information and made the shopping experience very pleasant!
