What used to be locally owned by great family who stood with pride behind their product is now gone. We had LVP put down 5 years ago and had some problems with the flooring cracking and was always fixed immediatel, now with new owners they don’t care. I would have definitely gave great reviews to the Jung’s new owners not so much. So to reply to your comment yes you do have the records as you found them and told us there was nothing you could do even though our floors had been fixed 3 times. Don’t worry we won’t be calling to get a quote on anything from you.

Chris was extremely professional and lovely to work with! We are very happy with how brand new our kitchen floor and our kids room carpet is now and look forward to working with Carpet Connection again for other upcoming projects! Can’t recommend enough 5 stars A+++. There installers are very fast at installing I was wowed and amazed of how fast the work was done it put a smile to my face! Also the price they gave us for the material & labor was very affordable. If you live in or around kannapolis I highly recommend Carpet Connection for ordering floor material & carpet + any floor install as they do both the install and have floor material in stock and for pre-order.

We have used Jon Jung and the Carpet Connection for our current home for hardwoods and carpet. We are currently building a new home and have used the Carpet Connection again for all the flooring including hardwoods and carpet. Jon is so easy to work with and very reliable. Definitely would recommend Jon Jung and the Carpet Connection.

Carpet Connection came to our rescue in an urgent situation. Mr. Jung was a pleasure to work with. Floor installers were courteous and professional. They worked hard to finish the job and cleaned up as they worked. Their attention to detail was most appreciated. Love the floors. We highly recommend them!

I initially contacted Carpet Connection to order a specific floor and have it delivered to my house (no installation). They were the only ones who agreed to deliver without installation. Other companies refused to do that. I worked with Yolanda from the beginning until the end. She was on top of everything. She was very responsive, very professional and very helpful! My order was delivered within a week, which is what Yolanda told me. I was informed of every step and there were no surprises. In my last call with Yolanda, she mentioned that they offer a/c and plumbing services, which is great. I already saved their phone number in case I need them again as it’s not easy to find a reliable company these days.
