Fantastic service. Excellent install quality. Family friendly experience. We elected to have 3 bedrooms installed with hardwood flooring and we selected their service. The material was delivered within a week and installation took a day and half. Excellent workmanship. The price was right. Top quality installation and service. Good place to do business with.

I can recommend them to buy flooring, not that it’s any better or worse than a Home Depot or a Lowes, but I’m sure it’s fine. However, be aware if you hire them to install the floor they just call guys who work out of their van. They call them “their guys” but really it’s just people for whom they happen to have phone numbers. One Stop doesn’t supervise or follow-up on the work in any way. One Stop measures and scopes the work, but the installer and One Stop are never in your house at the same time. The installer just picks up the flooring at the shop. If something goes wrong, your only recourse is with One Stop. FIND YOUR OWN INSTALLER! My floor ended up being lower than the original and caused some issues around the door frames (see photos). I now know this is common and expected, but One Stop took no blame for not anticipating this. I asked One Stop to come out and look and he admitted outright that he had made an error initially when he scoped out the project AND he stated outright that the final job was “not up to their standards” -This is a bizarre statement since they only came out when I requested. I am not saying this out of anger or vengeance, it’s a statement of fact: They truly don’t care (good or bad) about the finished project. They are completely divorced from the install and never ask about the finished product. They even sent me the final invoice before the project began. Once they call the installer their job is done. I found a contractor to fix the issue. Truthfully it doesn’t look great and the total project was $10k. It’s not a good feeling to spend that much money and have a subpar job. The cost for the repairs was $500. One Stop said “We still expect you to pay the full amount you owe us.” One Stop is a needless and costly middle man. Find your own installer.

We have used One Stop Floor Shop for several projects as part of our interior home renovation. We can’t say enough nice things about this company. They have replaced almost every surface of floor in our house, including tile, carpet and LVP. They have also rebuilt and tiled two showers. They did a great job on every project. The staff is easy to work with and the installers are excellent. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. Most importantly, the quality of the products and workmanship have been really good. So nice to work with a local business rather than a big box store.

Can’t really comment on the quality of the floors or installation because we never got that far. Really wanted to like this place because when we visited the shop Aaron was super educational and seemed invested in helping us. We ended up disappointed though. We scheduled a time to get a measure done for a formal quote and they no call no showed. No big deal, we called and rescheduled a couple days later on a Friday. John told me they’d have us a quote by Monday. Nothing came through, so I called Tuesday and was told we’d have one by the end of the day. That was about two weeks ago now and we still haven’t heard anything. Admittedly very nice guys. I assume business must be good, because they weren’t interested in earning ours.

From start to finish this whole project took less than 2 weeks. John H was prompt and efficient, helpful in every way. Carpet installation was incredibly fast. We are very impressed and will definitely refer others, in the future.

John was so pleasant and helpful with my flooring questions on the phone and when I was there in person and immediately helped me when I walked in the door!! Great customer service!!!
