Rico was knowledgable, professional, really good at explaining the process and helped me pick out some fabulous flooring at a reasonable price. The installers were great too! They worked hard and were respectful and were a pleasure to be around. The floors came out great!!

We recently had old carpet removed and new hardwood red oak flooring installed in our living room, and honestly we were worried about it matching the rest of the existing hardwood in the remainder of our 22 year old house. Well, I can positively say that Rico, Cherokee, and their team did an outstanding job and I cannot imagine how it could have been any better! I mean, Wow!! We are ecstatic in how they turned out! The weave of the new into the existing is perfect and the color match is flawless…looks like these were all installed at the same time from the very same lot. And after they sanded and refinished all the floors, removing the dated gloss finish and finishing with a rich satin, oil finish, it is just hard to convey just how beautiful these floors are now! Thanks again, Rico, and Cherokee and team!! We are very thankful for your attention to detail!

Overall experience with BRF was excellent. Floors turned out better than we expected. There were a few missed spots that we called out and they came to rectify the issue immediately. We had old red oak floors that were oranged from years of having oil based stain. They sanded to raw wood, they finished with Bona natural finish and a matte Bona clear coat. Turned out great!

We went to Blue Ridge Floors to have the carpeting replaced in a large basement area. At the showroom we were helped by Rico Gomez. He took his time walking us through samples that would work in our space and narrowing down the expansive inventory. A few days later, Rico came to our house to measure the space and collect the samples we had brought home. He quickly sent us a quote and talked us through the next steps. The flooring was quickly delivered to our home and the demolition process started! Rico was wonderful to help us when unexpected renovation challenges occurred, even going as far to work with us over a holiday weekend. Throughout the hurdles of the process (caused by an old house, NOT Blue Ridge Floors), Rico kept us informed and educated. We are so happy with the final product, and we absolutely loved working with Rico!
