Had floors installed by Fox floors after a flood in my kitchen. Insurance covered and Fox was the place my insurance worked with. 1 1/2 years later we had a board popping up and when we called Fox to tell them they wanted to charge us $250 because they said it wasn’t covered. They didn’t even come to look at the floor for us. They don’t take care of you after the sale. Rotten to do that to a customer.👎🏻👎🏻

Today was day one for installation of my new kitchen floor. I cannot say more about the professionalism, skill, and sheer hard work by the two workers, Enrique and David. Their supervisor John even stopped by to check on things. My 30 year old floor had some bumps and was not totally even. I had previously been told it would be a problem by both Empire Carpet and Home Depot. A totally good experience from Fox Carpets.

Fox floors did an out standing job on my kitchen floor ! Enrique and David are excellent workers, knowledgeable respectful! They are fabulous works ! The best !!! They are truly a great working team !!! Best experience with fox floors !!!!! Will recommend with much praise!!! Fantastic!

They just finished installing my step runners and they did a wonderful job very professional. We definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Jimmy the installer did a great job. Will definitely ask for him in the future. Thanks again Fox floors for a wonderful job.

Scott of Fox Floors was one of the best vendors I have ever worked with in my career! This was a personal project with my condo so there were many stakeholders involved (many neighbors and LOTS of dogs)! He helped secure samples so I could get feedback and easily make a selection with such patience. He worked seamlessly with the management company to handle all the logistics with such professionalism. His crew was spectacular – every worker had a role, was so skilled and hard-working, and respected the fact that we were all needing to go about our day so they were gracious in minimizing the disruption. And the final result was beyond expectations. The team finished the job early, left the conditions spotless, and he even checked in multiple times to make sure everyone was happy. I can’t say enough about how much of an incredible experience we had with Scott and the team. And our carpet has made our condo building hallways absolutely beautiful!

Fox floors did an amazing installation job putting down my vinly luxury planks and moldings. This was my third floor installation by fox floors and i will continue to use Fox flooring for all my flooring needs Thank you Fox floors

Enrique and David installed our LVP floors this week. They are both amazing. Hard precise workers. The installation was great, clean up was done 100% by them. Highly recommend Fox Floors.

Enrique and David just installed new LVP and carpet throughout my new house. They did a beautiful job and we are very satisfied with the results and whole process. Enrique and David were so nice and respectful and just a pleasure to deal with. They kept everything clean during the whole process. Dave and Denise were also a great help in finding the products that we were looking for. Professional and respectful from start to finish.

I had carpet installed on stairs and bedroom, The installers (Manny) and his partner, were GREAT they came early and stayed till the job was done, they cleaned up and took the old carpet away. I can’t say enough about how hard they worked, just want to say THANK YOU for there hard work.

My wife and I just had vinyl plank flooring installed in our home Bill at the showroom, Mark measured our job, John coordinated the installation. All were courteous,efficient, and friendly.
