Everything was timely, from scheduling to the install- efficient and fast. I paid for the project in full at the time of install (last month), which I now regret. I noticed some plastic below the carpet (can hear it when walking over a particularly area) and over the past few weeks have made many attempts to get in touch with the local manager, AZ headquarters, and customer service; needless to say- these attempts have been unsuccessful. My review is really another effort to get someone’s attention to rectify the situation. All the lifetime guarantees are pointless if the customer service is poor / non-existent. 7/16/2024 update: called the number below, no answer and line automatically disconnected without the option to leave a message.

The installers sent by Express Flooring were professional, timely, and very considerate. They were able to complete two thirds of the job in two days. The third room required consultation with a window specialist as the installers identified a leak that required a professional evaluation. Once that was resolved, they returned and completed the job. Throughout the process they kept us informed of their progress. I highly recommend them and their work.

I just had new floor installed and they are beautiful. The team of Jose and installer Ramon were amazing. If you are considering doing your floors look for this company. They go above and beyond. You wont be disappointed. I sure wasn’t!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t use this company. It’s a scam. They say they guarantee the installation, but when the planks come up and the installer says “my guys put it in too tight. That’s why it’s coming up at the seams,” the financing guy says “no it’s something else We won’t cover it and we need more money.” Don’t waste your time or money. I have to have a reputable company redo my floors now.

On Thursday, May 23, my wife and I spent a couple hours with the sales person at Express Flooring. We selected the materials for the three bedrooms we wanted updated. One week later, two guys were here at our house with the materials to install. They moved furniture in each room, removed existing flooring and installed new flooring in each room. ALL WORK WAS DONE IN ONE DAY!! We are very satisfied with the materials and the work performed. They did an excellent job.
