They were great. Berti gave an estimate that was very reasonable and we scheduled the work to be done immediately after approving the quote. Their office confirmed with me later in the week and they showed up on time. The floors look amazing. I could not be happier with the quality of the work and the ease of communication. We chose ABC Flooring after getting several estimates from competitors. They responded to phone calls promptly, provided an estimate right away, and scheduled the job for a time that was convenient for us. They did an excellent job repairing/refinishing our hardwood floors and completed the job when promised, at a fair price. From the first phone call to the finished product, everyone involved showed the utmost courtesy and professionalism! Highly recommend!

My husband and I recently bought our first home together and wanted to get our floors done before we moved in. Since this was our first experience hiring a team to do this kind of job we were a little nervous about how it would turn out. Well we were SO happy we hired Berti and his team to get the job done. They completed our living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room all within 3 days. Our laundry room was a tough room to do because we couldn’t remove the washer and dryer and they mentioned they may only be able to do the flooring around the area. However, we were pleasantly surprised that in the end they were able to do the entire room, including under the washer and dryer. We would hire them again and definitely recommend Berti and his team! They are such kind, knowledgeable, and hard-working people. You won’t be disappointed.
