We visited many flooring stores in the valley but National Flooring had the BEST selection – a great variety of options. Their service was exceptional. They consistently followed up with us on the shipping and then installation timeline. And the installers took time to really assess the room and layout the best pattern. The floor turned out beautiful because of the extra time and effort that the installers took. HIGHLY recommend this store and especially Ozzy who really looked out for us! Thank you!

We replaced the carpet in our new build with lvp almost a year ago and started to have issues with some spots that weren’t sitting correctly. This led to damage and wear on the planks and overall looked bad, creaked, and was raised off the subfloor. I called Feda to see what he could do. He ended up filing a warranty claim to the manufacturer (since it was an issue with the plank itself) and even though it took a few months to get everything in order, had his team come right back out to fix it. Even though the affected area was only maybe a 3×3 space they ended up doing the right thing and replaced a larger area versus spot fixing it. His installer (Mr. Cruz) is very friendly and does great work. He cleans up after the job is done and actually puts stuff back which not many do.

From the first time we met Ozzy, we knew we had come to the right company for our new flooring, baseboards, etc. He managed our job including some modifications we made along the way perfectly. All the installers were great to work with and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. Thanks for a job well done.

I worked with Ozzy on the planning and Guillermo with the install and my experience with them couldn’t have gone any smoother. Their rates were fair. They were very professional and accommodating with me and they finished their portion of my project within the time frame we agreed on.

Good quality flooring. Prompt service and they stand behind their warranty. Ben worked hard to coordinate my kitchen tile and the waterproof laminate flooring throughout our home. Work was completed as promised!
